Very good customer service and the items were of good quality and excellent value.

I use the glazing shop whenever I need polycarbonate sheets, extremely easy company to deal with and have not had any issues (I’ve used the company a fair few times)

The glazing shop makes life so much easier when I’m planning my jobs, all poly is cut precisely which knocks precious time off job completion.

The lady on the end of the phone is always extremely helpful and will give you a call after you’ve ordered just to make sure you’ve ordered everything you need (sometimes you may forget a glazing bar or end caps) and will add it to your order accordingly.

Overall there’s nothing I can say that’s negative, you can tell that The Glazing shop is an extremely well ran company and look forward to the next time I need them.

One more thing, I’ve not found a cheaper price for polycarbonate anywhere else!

First class service and kept informed

Ordered online and received a confirmation call the next day. Was given a delivery of following week but did not receive an exact delivery date. No confirmation of a delivery date and was just fortunate I was home. A call or email day before delivery would have been helpful. Items arrived packaged well.

As advertised, arrived on time.

Brilliant personal service. Placed order online and received a phone call back confirming order and delivery date, and checking I wouldn't need any extra things I may have forgotten. Received another call from the driver half an hour before arriving, and he arrived I'm 30 minutes and helped carry the order with me.

Ordered and offered to pay extra to get it delivered quicker , not interested in helping , then have just been told not in stock!!

Products delivered speedily in great condition. Telephone customer service was excellent.

The reason for four stars instead of five is that the company offers "free" cutting on all polycarbonate sheets (there is no choice of standard sizes). What is less clear from the website is that, because it is cut to order, the items become automatically non-returnable. I wish that information was made clearer during the ordering process.

Apart from that, happy with everything else.

Would recommend the glazing shop. They called me to confirm the order and when it arrived to make sure everything was correct. My order arrived quickly no problems. Quality products will definitely be ordering from them again. For reference I ordered polycarbonate roofing sheets and bars.
