Appaling. Ordered on 27th Dec 2025 , 2 to 4 day delivery. 16/1/26 and i have had no delivery, no reply to e mails and the phone number goes dead without an answer. Avoid like the plague. the single worst service i have ever recieved

There are no details of an order placed with us by you Mr Dunbar on or around 27th December. We were closed for the Christmas break from 23rd December until 5th January and this information was on all pages of the site. There was also a delivery page that showed when all orders would be delivered by postcode. Our phone is working and has been with the ability to leave us voicemail messages over all of the time we were closed. I don't think your order was placed with us and don't have any details to contact you. Could you please make contact with us as I don't feel your review is for us. Our service is something we are very proud of, as is the fact that we are available to talk to our customers all the time we are open.
29/1 Mr Dunbar, We have reached out to you as have Trustpilot and you have not responded. They will not remove the review even though it is not a genuine one, you have never placed an order with us. We are being penalised for something we have not been a part of. If you could think again and recall this review as this experience was not with our store that would be appreciated

I found this company on google search. Ordered online. An email and a phone call the day after confirming the delivery day. The courtious driver gave me a lift with the product to my garage. Product well wrapped.
Im just waiting for the weather to change to unwrap and install it.

Good product but better communication needed
Ordering service was very easy. No problem with lead time either. Communication needs improvement. Once ordered and confirmation e-mail received it was down to me, the customer to follow up delivery date as only a window of a week commencing, was provided. Two delivery dates were promised and goods didn't arrive, again down to the customer to chase up. Better communication would make this company stand out.
