You needed a buyback & Lucas helped me out with a good rate! Or I took some scrap gold & silver& Lucas gave very good rate. Higher than anyone else in the area.

I was made an unacceptable offer by text. Replied saying there was an expensive ring in the package and could they return this and give me a quote on the remaining items? No reply despite texting twice. Rang number on text. Not recognised. Managed to locate the company by postcode finder and rang them. They said they would get somebody to call me back today so will see if they do

So quick and convenient excellent service they kept in touch throughout the process made me an offer next day that was more than i thought i would get money was in my bank account next day. Would highly recommend them

I would recommend The Gold Exchange,My pack arrived the next day,I had broken items,and items I haven't worn for years,so thought I'd give it ago.I returned my items,and the next day they text an offer,which I accepted,you then have to give your bank account and sort code(I would normally worry about this part)but because I'd read all the reviews,I was confident,I got a text message the next day to tell me my money had been transferred,so it's as easy as that,I had no idea of the weight of gold ,but I did see the parcel weight on my GPO receipt,so looked at the price per gram of gold and I received what I expected,so I was delighted
