Great company TheGold Exchange …

I was dubious in sending my no longer worn gold treasures but it was sad they were just in a drawer. So I requested an envelope after hearing an ad via the radio.

I have to say I was so happy with the amount offered to me and it was in my bank by Monday (was a Friday they received it).

I just want to say The Gold Exchange we’re amazing. Highly recommended and I will use again.

So impressed with the service

So impressed with the service. Sent my bag, received a text the following day with a quote which I accepted & the money was in my account the next morning. I only sent 1 item which I wasn’t even sure would be worth much & was very pleasantly surprised to have sold for £115! Simple! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Amazing service

I can not recommend highly enough how easy and quick this service was. As most people I was a little sceptical but thought what do I have to lose. I had bits and pieces of gold I guess I have collected over the years and never wore. And thought what money I receive I will have my late mums ring resized so I can wear it on special occasions. The amount I got for my gold was beyond exceptional and was extremely pleased with the outcome and the quick service. So if anyone is sceptical please dont be you will not be disappointed in all aspects....

Not a good experience at all

Not a good experience at all. I was informed that some of my gold had wire in it which reduced to weight, when I questioned this I was sent a picture of a lot of wire. I asked where it came from and was told some bangles so I asked for it to sent back. What I received back was 4 earring backs and a gold earring. I rang The Gold Exchange to ask why they sent back what they did, they said they would look in to it. That was over a month ago. I would not use this service again and ask you to think about it, check out a local jewellers that way you have more control.
