Seemed excellent, but if a let down
Not clear what will and be refunded if policy not taken up within cooling off period
Have received numerous emails and messages saying I'm not doing journeys and they can't be recorded via the app (in advance of policy starting), it's incredibly annoying as no guidance given on how to make this work or that it should be ignored if policy hasn't started

This is a terrible insurance company
This is a terrible insurance company, they claim to have a 14 day cooling of period but if you cancel after a couple of days the down payment you gave them disappears with charges for cancelling the policy. So they do not have a cooling of period which is stated in the consumer rights.
This is rubbish cancellations fees and a £50 set up fee, never had this from a compare website ever.
The 14-day cooling-off period in the UK is a period of time when you can cancel a contract or agreement without penalty. This period applies to a number of different types of contracts, including services, loans, and purchases.
