Falsely advertises stock, doesn’t respond to any emails

This website doesn’t respond to emails and their advertised phone number is voicemail. I placed a high value order that was advertised as “in stock” and they have not responded in over a week and a half since (other than to change their false advertising to now being “out of stock”. This website uses False advertising to win business. Have reported to ASA and trading standards. Raising a bank refund.

Fast delivery

I simply needed to stock up on BBQ charcoal. They had what I wanted at a price slightly better than most. It arrived much faster than expected. I’d definitely use them again.

Apparently in process of moving since…

Apparently in process of moving since November 2023. I am unable to return a defective heater for£94.99 because I need the company to send labeling for Parcelforce to send back and to get reimbursed. No one should buy from this company.

Don't buy anything from here!!!!

Don't buy anything from here!!!!! Please listen to all the reviews about poor customer service because it is impossible to contact the company. I ordered a product which was delivered with no issues. However I want to return the item as it doesnt work for me. I emailed about this but I have yet to receive a reply and it’s been almost a week. Their phone number is pretty much a dead end as the call goes to voice mail which is full so you can’t even leave a message. I contacted them via instagram and got no reply. I only bought it seeing as the returns policy was within 30 days of purchase. But they don't even have a phone number that works or an email address that gets looked at during business working hours. Please purchase elsewhere!!

Great buy and service.

I researched a lot before purchasing this as there are so many bean bags and often they are rubbish but it’s difficult to know!

This one however is brilliant! It’s strong and great quality. My son loves it and we are already making space for the next one we buy.

Delivery was initially delayed but I contacted the shop and they rectified it and sent a new one fast track which we received!
