My favourite perfume Eccentric Molecule 01 was being sold at a discounted price. Product was delivered quickly and well packaged.

Great products and excellent customer service.

Can't fault this company. Recently used them for the second time, for products that are not easily found elsewhere (eg a shave stick). It was even quicker this time than before. Ordered at 4pm on a Friday, got emailed advice that the products were on their way within two hours, and delivery at 2.30pm the following day, Saturday. And yes, the hand-written thank you on the invoice is a nice touch!

Great company recieved my order the very next day . I made an error whilst placing my order which was quickly rectified

Great selection and prices. Ordered something and paid next day delivery for my wife’s birthday. Sadly the carrier held it up, TGC were most helpful, chasing it up and refunded my next day delivery cost. First class communication and service, would not hesitate to purchase again or to recommend.

Quite possibly the fastest delivery I have had in many years. Ordered at 4:30pm and arrived with the postman the next morning. The box smells incredible and I asked what the scent was and bought that too. The hand written note on the delivery slip is a lovely touch and makes the whole experience feel much more personal. Highly commended and highly recommended.

Easy to order on the website, prompt delivery, but sadly contained a wrong product. Not the best customer service, no offer to refund Next Day delivery (£6.99) and told correct item will be posted out once I return the incorrect one. Lots of online retailers, perhaps the bigger companies, offer much quicker solutions when they are at fault. Think I'll shop elsewhere.

Service is secondary to none super fast responses and only too happy to help I have to recommend to anyone wanting to purchase you will be in the best of hands with the GC ! Will absolutely shop again.

Great experience overall with The Grooming Clinic. The customer service, led by Henry, stands out for its helpfulness and efficiency. From advice on fragrances to resolving issues like tracking misplaced parcels, the team handles everything professionally. Delivery is quick, and returns were hassle-free too. Highly recommend, though room for minor improvements keeps it from a perfect score. Four stars!

Delivery in less than 24 hours 🤯. Whilst I wouldn't count on this happening for everyone all the time it does appear that whatever ethos TGC has, it's all good.

Exceptional service when I had an issue. Please don’t underestimate the power of good old fashioned service. Others maybe cheaper but the service provided is exceptional.

I thoroughly enjoyed shopping at The Grooming Clinic. I particularly liked that I could call them and speak to a human being, and it's a local rate number. I'm shopping for Christmas gifts for my grandson and I have no idea what they use these days. When I called I chatted with a charming young man who helped me.

My order was sent out on the same day that I placed the order with them and delivery was quick.

I will be sharing this website with my grandson, I hope he continues to use them.
