I had the most wonderful experience with the team at The Grooming Clinic, so much so that I have set myself up with an account here to share it. It's such a rarity, in this digital world that we find ourselves in, to receive such great service, and when you do it should be praised. I called to ask for some advice about a fragrance that I heard about lots, Escentric Molecules 01. I had smelt it on a couple of people and wanted some reassurance before parting with my hard earned money to but it. I was told that the scent can't be smelt on yourself or in the bottle so I wanted to find out some more information about it. I spoke with the most charming chap, Henry, who spared 10 minutes of his time to talk me through the scent and even told that somebody had followed him around the supermarket to ask what the scent was, it's that impressive.

Thank you dearly for all your help and I will absolutely be back to purchase, or chat to you, once again.

Fantastic customer service!! Ordered a product for a great price from the website and realised after ordering no longer needed the product. I emailed to ask about if I could return the product and I got a very quick, no hassle response, from Henry who sent me a link to their free returns label. I returned the item and within no time I received my my refund as well as an email from Henry confirming that they had received my item and my refund had been processed, all with no hassle and in such a short time. Brilliant service and will certainly use them more often now!!

I ordered from The Grooming Clinic because they were selling the product I wanted at a competitve price. The order arrived quickly, but had been damaged en route. The service I had when I explained what had happened, was second to none, with helpful, friendly emails and a replacement arriving incredibly quickly. I can't recommend this company more! There was an issue with my delivery, which wasn't the fault of TGC. However, in the absence of any assistance from Royal Mail, they resolved the issue fully, with quick communication throughout.

The Grooming clinic gave me such lovely service.I spoke with Henry on the phone,what a delightful man!Loved my Eight and Bob products.Fabulous all round

Fast delivery and well packaged

Product arrived damaged and I was advised that “the bottle still look fairly full”, or I could send it back from FR to the UK.

There are enough other shops that sell male grooming products, I won’t shop here again.

After this review, TGC also felt that it was appropriate to threaten legal action - so buyer beware. They may claim to "divide and conquer", but this isn't some battlefield - I needed a faulty product replaced. The fact that they immediately threatened legal action shows how much of a "serious" business they are - countless 5 star reviews, or not.

They can't all be winners.

Henry's customer service is the best I have ever come across - helping me track down my missing parcel (my fault as I included an incorrect post code) and the very regular updates to get the parcel back on track and heading to me. I'll certainly make The Grooming Clinic my first port of call from now on. Thank you Henry.

Google searched for a product and found it at The Grooming Clinic site. It was in stock, other sites all out of stock. I wouldn’t have thought to search here first. Cheaper than the makers site which had been out of stock for quite a while. Delivery was quick and on time. Would recommend this site.
