Very prompt delivery
Very prompt delivery over the Christmas period. I forgot to place the order and wound up doing it at 5:30PM on 23/12, but I still got it by the 27th December. Great products to choose from as well.

This company is fantastic. I placed an order on Friday 22nd Dec, the emailed asking if I needed this product before Xmas which I didn’t. It still got dispatched and arrived the next day. Excellent customer service from this company. I would 100% buy from this company again. They had my hair product in which is sold out everywhere else too. Honestly an amazing company

you had in stock an Aveda shampoo that I am unable to purchase elsewhere. Thank you
I have tried the repacement shampoo but it really did not suit my hair, My Aveda hairdresser tells me that I am one of many. The conditioner is O.K but the shampoo leaves my hair lank and dull.I contacted Aveda with no success. Very disappointing. Very grateful to have been able to get some from you.

Exceptional customer service!
I had a problem whereby royalmail did not deliver my item, even upon booking a re delivery. I had the most amazing customer service from Cara from the hair consult who offered for my item to be hand delivered the same day! I have never experienced this with any company before. I can see they really care about their customers, and will definitely be shopping with them again. Thank you so much Cara and gentleman that delivered!
