Royal Mail tried to deliver twice, but customer not in either time. Customer then left negative review. We intervened and told the customer that they had to be in for the 3rd attempt or the Royal Mail would return it to us. They were in for the 3rd attempt and received their order.
We asked if they'd be kind enough to remove the negative feedback as it wasn't our fault, but they have declined to do so.
