Poor Delivery service
Ordered one small letterbox chocolate item, to include a message in the lid. I received confirmation of the order and a further update that the order was with delivery. After that absolutely nothing. Several days later, I checked with the recipient who had received the item, although I had not been notified of delivery. There was no note in the lid, as promised, or any other indication of who the parcel was from, which is why she hadn't let me know it had been received. Would not use this company again, although the item itself was fine.

I'm sorry you are not 100% satisfied with your order. In regard to the delivery, you chose 2nd class untracked service. We do have an option to upgrade shipping to tracked 24 at checkout.
In regard to the box itself I did ask you to send a picture of the lid so that we could see that there was no message on it as sometimes our customers forget to check the lid, but you refused to send this to us. I also offered money back or a discount on your next order too as a gesture of goodwill. We really have tried to rectify your issue, so I'm disappointed you feel our customer service has not met your expectation either. I hope others can see we are doing our absolute best to provide the best service possible and we always ensure we rectify any problems.
