Great service with convenient appointments
The service offered was easily booked and accessible with no waiting time. Apart from an uncontrollable equipment failure the process was efficient and professional. I was fitted with NHS hearing aids after preliminary wax removal and a hearing test. My audiologist gave careful instructions to me and assisted in loading the control app onto my phone. The aids are comfortable and seem to be functioning extremely well so far. Very good service.

Testing efficiently performed. Advice given was very believable -- particularly in cautioning me about the limitation of the Oticon zeal in dealing with profound high frequency loss. I am of course in favour of the relatively low price compared to competitors.

Excellent hearing aid experience
Hearing test was thorough and the results were explained very clearly. The hearing aids were demonstrated and fitted very carefully before adjusting them to match my requirements. As a test my wife was asked to speak and the clarity of my hearing was brilliant. I was then shown how to manage the hearing aids using an app on my phone. There was no sales pressure but I was totally convinced by the experience so decided it was money well spent.

Excellent treatment and my husband is now able to hear better than he has done for years. Thankyou it makes such a difference to our every day lives. We have been back to Specsavers many times but we were told that nothing else could be done. My husband has been diagnosed with early onset dementia because of the fact he could not hear.

The hearing test was undertaken in a very relaxed atmosphere with an appropriate explanation of what was to happen. After the test I was shown a screen display of the results and told where my hearing was defective. I was pleasantly surprised that the recommendation of hearing aids was fulfilled immediately rather than having to return for another fitting appointment. An excellence service.

Great to be able to hear again
The Audiologist took time to explain to me the procedures to check on my hearing loss and was very thorough. She helped download the App onto my phone and explained how I could change the settings.
She also showed me how to change the batteries and clean the aids. I am really pleased to be able to hear again.
