Delivery was good. I'm a bit disappointed with the finish of the oak latch block. I bought 2 and one was much smoother than the other. Both show signs of splintering along the edges. Not enough care has been taken on the finish. I expected better.

Great quality solid oak door, good price and promptly delivered

Easy to order online, I purchased a custom size oak door. It was quickly made and at a very fair price. I was contacted to make delivery arrangements and just like magic it arrived the next day. Fantastically packaged with no transit damage. It arrived at 11am and I had hung it by 4pm. This is customer service at its best. Highly recommended, thank you Heritage Doors!

Unfortunately oak block wasn’t finished very good on one edge very rough had to run through machine again to get proper edge.

We've used this company before for well made products and fast delivery. Only possible snag was the inability to agree a delivery date because of a poor connection when they rang. In the event, we were able to comply with the date they fixed.

Great doors. Reasonable price

This was our second order.. the first was for standard sized doors and this one was for bespoke sizes.. the order only took a few more days than the standard sized ones so we were impressed with how quickly the order was turned around and how easy it was to order all the "odd" sizes we had.
