Exceptional services!
We booked our first holiday post covid, wedding, and first child and wanted somewhere we could relax and enjoy - hasslefree!
Parul's services went above and beyond to help us with this - we kept going back and forth with our decisions as to what and where we wanted - but Parul was so patient with us and SO quick with his communications. We really trusted his services and as a result knew to book with him and pass on his details to many of our family and friends also wanting to book a holiday.
We highly recommend his services and no doubt will book with him again. On top of this Jet2 who he is partnered with were exceptional from the get go!

Great Holiday to Crete booked through The Holiday Butler
I had never heard of The Holiday Butler before booking our trip to Crete. From the moment we booked, we have always received excellent service and frequent communication about our holiday. Every request we made was no problem for them to accommodate. It was truly the best Butler service we have had in a long time.
While we were on holiday, they assisted us when some problems occurred at our hotel. They immediately contacted the hotel management and the problem was resolved immediately. Plus, we were treated like VIP's afterwards as most of the staff seemed to pay extra attention to our family, which was very helpful, especially with our strict vegetarian diet requirements. We are so glad we found The Holiday Butler, and we will recommend them to all of our family and friends. We are already planning our next holiday with them.

The best place to start any holiday.
The Holiday Butler was just as you'd expect from a professional butler. Once our booking was made he kept us informed of anything we needed to know. Made sure we were aware of any vaccination or test requirements before our holiday and upto the day we left. Sent over various trips available and sights to see at our destination and sent it in the post too. He was always their and kept in touch throughout our holiday to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.
This was better than any other service I've used and can not recommend him enough. If your after a holiday where someone else takes care of all the details and planning then the holiday butler has to be the place to go.

We booked our one week holiday to Antalya
We booked our one week holiday to Antalya 2 weeks before travel to join other friends who had booked their holiday much earlier. Parul at Holiday Butler, booked the whole package for us, including hotel, BA flights from Gatwick, private transfers, etc.
He was very professional and very thorough with all our requests. He even took the time to prints all the documents and had them couriered over.
Whilst we were in Antalya, he even messaged us regularly to check everything was okay.

We booked our Honeymoon with the Holiday Butler and have to say we will definitely be using them again in the future. They went above and beyond expectations, from the booking stage to even contacting hotels to get our hotel room ready before the scheduled time so we didn't have to wait. We had a complimentary bottle of champagne waiting for us which was pleasant. The booking process was very personal and we were sent information and reminders at every stage. We highly recommend using the Holiday Butler, it felt like we had our own personal butler throughout, checking in on us throughout our trip to see whether we are ok and the service of the hotel was up to standard.

Our holiday was made more personal thanks to the Holiday Butler.
We were looking into a trip to Morocco and a friend recommended The Holiday Butler, so this was our first experience. Parul from The Holiday Butler was extremely patient and attentive to all of our key requirements for what we wanted to do in Marrakech. He then made some excellent suggestions and returned to us with a fantastic itinerary for our holiday. He also assisted us with a dietary card that listed our dietary requirements in Arabic, French, and English before our departure date, which really impressed us. The holiday went exactly as planned, and we were very impressed given that this was our first time booking with them. If you are looking for a travel company who will listen to your needs and build an itinerary to your requirements, go with The Holiday Butler.
