I have used Holiday Butler twice and have had a very good experience both times. They provided us with a seamless bespoke package including transfers between hotels on a multi stay holiday with a big family group. The communication before and through out our trip was excellent.

Family Trip
We travelled to Thailand as a group of 11. Parul is extremely friendly and proactive. He went out of his way to answer any questions that we had and provided us with a very high level of service, including being available while we were on holiday to answer any queries / issues that we had. I would definitely book with him again for our next trip.

This is now our second holiday with The Holiday Butler, and they really make the entire holiday experience simple and do all the hard work to make sure the hotel is a perfect fit for our needs. For our anniversary trip, Parul was able to secure an upgrade to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise.

I have read about reviews from this company and decided to book a family holiday. It was amazing that 3 families were kept in loop about the progress of the booking. Any changes to the booking were well communicated which meant there were no unexpected surprises. These days with so many online companies around human touch has been missing but with holiday butler it was different and was money well spent. We will definitely book again. Forgot to mention we were sent nice tote bags with all details including check list of items, nothing could go wrong. Well done holiday butler!

Amazing Cyprus holiday
We booked our Cyprus holiday for the 1st time with The Holiday Butler and it turned out to be a very smooth process.
Parul was amazing and he helped us book our itinerary for 10 people. The flights, accommodation, private transfers were all sorted out and was reasonably lower price compared to booking directly with the airline - Jet2. He always kept in contact, promptly returned messages, sent our printed packs and sorted out any issues with flights and hotels.
He kept on reassuring us that he is available 24/7 as a backup for any issues from start to finish. This gave us complete peace of mind.
That is what makes a great holiday!

Fabulous service for a fantastic trip to Thailand! :)
Parul helped us organise a trip to Thailand with several stopovers and hotels involved. At every step we were advised on who our driver/local agent would be, if there had been any changes to flight times etc. The whole process was seamless!
Our whole itinerary was not only sent by email but sent by post too which was really helpful and gave me one less thing to do while packing.
Parul’s attention to detail and communication was second to none. I believe just the communication aspect separates Parul from the rest and believe it is key to help travellers have a stress free holiday!

Excellent service
We would highly recommend using The Holiday Butler for organising travel plans. We have just come back from a dual destination holiday with several connecting flights. The Holiday Butler took care of everything for us even when at last minute one of the airlines cancelled one of our flights and swiftly finding us other alternatives.
