An Amazing Adventure!
An Amazing Adventure.
We were planning a 1month holiday to India and decided on the route we wished to follow, the
regions we wished to explore and the amazing sights we wanted to experience. With India being
so vast and the means of travel not being exhaustive, we contacted The Holiday Butler for
guidance.
From the word go Parul and his team were exemplary. We had a specific budget and we wanted
to start our adventure in the north, Shimla in the foot of the Himalayas and travel south to Goa,
taking in wonderful cities and sites , I.e. Delhi, Agra (Taj Mahal), Chandigarh, Ranthambore
(Tiger territory), Jaipur, Armadabad, Mumbai and Goa.
Parul proposed a truly wonderful schedule for us, providing the hotels, the local guides in each
of the cities, train schedules and drivers where necessary. Spending 2-3 nights in each of the
cities for the first 3 weeks required a great deal of planning to ensure we got the maximum
pleasure and benefits. And then finalizing the trip with a relaxing time on the beautiful beaches
of Goa.
And that is exactly what we received.
We travelled extensively on India’s excellent railway service, but the stations are delightfully
chaotic and bustling, and the train times complicated. However Parul ensured guides directed
us to precisely the correct platforms, and even the correct carriages. A driver was also waiting
outside the station to take us firstly to the hotel and, with the guide take us to see the sights of
the city.
Parul’s proposed schedule allowed us to have a totally worry free adventure, never having to
worry if we were on the right platform for the right train, or finding the hotel in a bustling city,and
for example, even ensuring we visited the splendid Taj Mahal at the right time of day to gain the
maximum pleasure.
For us visiting India was a tremendous experience but we saw only a small part. We intend to
return to see other parts and have no qualms of using The Holiday Butler again to get maximum
pleasure from our adventure. We love to travel and will happily use The Holiday Butler for other
countries to visit. SE Asia is also on our list!

Amazing holiday to Thailand
We recently booked a multi-destination holiday to Thailand with The Holiday Butler. This was our third trip booked through The Holiday Butler, and the service has always been outstanding. We had a set budget for this holiday, and Parul helped us find a fantastic deal just below our budget with really good accommodations. When we landed in Thailand, the Holiday Butlers local team took fantastic care of us and made sure everything ran smoothly. Parul of The Hotel Butler has been…
Parul of The Hotel Butler has been excellent in organising our trip to Turkey (Istanbul and Antalya).
He helped with choosing the perfect hotels for us as well as flights which worked best for us. The transfers to and from hotels/airports were really well organised too.
He kept in touch all the way through to even ensuring we arrived safely back in the UK.
The service has been excellent and we are already talking to him about our next trip. And this from a person who rarely uses agents!

Dealing with The Holiday Butler was such a good, 2 way & seamless experience.
During the time of booking, Parul was very friendly and approachable and made sure everything was right and to our criteria always kept me informed thru every stage. Informing us of all requirements for the trip.
Then he set up a WhatsApp group with all tour tour party member and himself, so we had direct contact all thru the holiday if we had any questions/issues. He kept in touch to make sure all was running smooth. And upon returning, again communicated ensuring return trip was ok and that we got home safe.

Parul was fantastic in organising our holiday to Rhodes. Nothing was too difficult for him. Parul really took the stress out of this holiday. His communication was excellent, and he was in direct contact with the hotel throughout the holiday to ensure we had all of our requests fulfilled. My flight arrived late, so he contacted the hotel to ensure we had food in our room upon arrival. He truly is a Holiday Butler. We will surely book with him again in the near future.

We booked our Turkey holiday through The Holiday Butler. Parul provided us with excellent and personalised service. We are strict vegetarians, so this was our main concern, but Parul provided us with a list of local restaurants that catered to our needs before we travelled and kept in touch throughout the holiday to ensure we had a great time. Happy and stress-free holiday thanks to The Holiday Butler
We booked a holiday to Turkey through the Holiday Butler. The service provided took all the stress out of booking our holiday. We were shown deals that matched exactly what we were looking for, which was not easy as our requirements were very specific with our 1 year old twins. Once the holiday was booked, we were sent helpful reminders and they liaised with the hotel on our behalf. All our questions were answered quickly and efficiently. When we arrived, our room was flawlessly set up with two cots and the hotel told us the Holiday Butler had contacted them to make sure this was done. I would recommend the Holiday Butler to anyone for a smooth, efficient and helpful service.
