Great carpets and vinyl for a very reasonable price.
Used twice now to buy flooring for two flats. Can't fault the ordering process, the delivery - which was next day nor the products itself.
The carpets I ordered were on a budget side, but comparing to what I bought before from a nationally recognised store there was not much difference apart from the price.
Will go coming back for more when required.

Ordered and received carpets for two bedrooms and hall/stair. Very reasonable price and great quality. Today ordered vinyl for my kitchen. Priced other places and this was cheapest and as carpet quality good expect vinyl to be also. Good choice also.

The delivery was great from start to finish I did contact customer services as I didnt get a confirmation email spoke to a lovely man that quickly resolved this in seconds.i was told what day delivery was coming a very helpful and polite young man which was a nice surprise as sometimes delivery it not what its cracked up to be .The carpet was a reasonable price however i was disappointed that it wasnt softer but it looks great in my sons room fresh and new.

Easy to navigate website, easy ordering and very pleased with quality and value for money of our purchase. BUT… delivery was made by XDP (who?!) and arrived 4 days late (from the date given by the courier when they’d received our item), zero customer service and totally useless/meaningless tracking app. Google XDP and read the reviews!

I placed an order with Jack from the Darlington Store, this was for 4 x carpets,
a slight hick up occurred with the delivery and 3 x carpets arrived,
the 4th came eventually 4 days later,
This was not a problem to me.

Good very cheap carpet remnant ideal for my “shed”, I could not find similar any cheaper. A problem with delivery due to Christmas not fault of The Home Flooring Store even so delivery was quick.
