I ordered free samples which arrived…

I ordered free samples which arrived quickly.
I was impressed with how quickly they arrived.
We decided on the vinyl we wanted after receiving the samples. Free delivery!!
We received a call from the company saying the delivery would be a day later. Considering we live on the cusp of the highlands. No problem. We are so impressed with the quality, and aesthetics, and no underlay, easily to install by a professional which cost peanuts.
This was a 2.5ml vinyl it's soft, warm on your feet. We have laminate flooring in other rooms!! The vinyl looks better and so much warmer. And our dogs find it easier to navigate. I'd recommend!!

Not recommended.

Bought vinyl flooring for a large bathroom 02/10, this arrived rolled up on a cardboard insert and fitted on 19/10 without issue. Looking at the flooring after fitting it had lots of dents, marks and ripples in it which looked awful and unusable. I contacted the company and sent pictures, they have now informed that it must be my fault as I’d used a 3mm foam underlay under it, complete nonsense 😡. Not recommended.

Thank you for your review.
I would like to apologise on this problem of the flooring containing dents and markings. As mentioned we should have been informed straight away of this issue, as the dents would have been noticed on the flooring when fitted.
We also mentioned that a underlay is not to be used with vinyl flooring, as this is already a cushioned flooring. When using underlay, it will make the vinyl more softer and will dent or puncture easier. This is all detailed on our website.
