Never received my order
I ordered the Vintage style coloured Metal Clothes Hooks, never arrived. Support said they were not aware of the order so they have to push the order through again. After a week, still no tracking/update received from them. Had to send another followup, then they said they would need another 14 weeks to process the order. I asked for a refund instead, and never heard anything from the support again. Website looks legit, but they are scam. Buy somewhere else, don't risk your money in this shop

House of Bloc is a scam. Ordered 2 chairs for over $600 and never got them. Their customer service kept promising they would arrive, until I couldn’t cancel the credit card payment anymore, then went silent.

I ordered an irregular shaped coffee mug from The House of BLOC and it arrived within the time allotted mentioned by their ordering system. On opening the box unfortunately it was the wrong colour so I contacted them via email asking how I can return the item and if I could be refunded. I received a very prompt, courteous response, from Wendy, asking for photos of the mug. I sent photos and within an hour had a response back giving me a QR code to take to the post office for them to print off a label. Wendy said that once received back I would be refunded. I have to say that the communication was brilliant, friendly and there was never any quibble. It is quite rare, these days, not to have to 'fight' to go through a process, but there was no problem with this company. The mug, by the way, was nice quality and looked lovely, but the person I was buying it for wanted white. Well done to The House of Bloc and to Wendy and Adam.

I think this web site buys there stuff from the likes of SHEIN it has a made in china label on it and was wrapped in the same plastic stuff screwed up so much it looked like a chicken it was a red fluffy heart cushion nothing special about it at all I have seen cheaper ones looking just as good if not better would never buy from this company again I ask myself do they buy it cheap and sell it expensive and call themselves a posh name not a happy customer

I just checked your email thread with customer service. I can see that there was an issue with the chairs during shipping. We asked you to be patient while we asked Evri to investigate.
You mentioned that you were going to get your solicitor involved, but we never heard from them.
A full refund was issued as soon as we heard back from Evri that the parcel was lost.

Great customer service, super responsive & ready to help! The chair we ordered had an 8-week leadtime but ended up being delivered after only 4 weeks😍
Chair's nice, sturdy & looks like on the photos but the metal has quite a few scratches, so minus one star for that.

Wasted my time
Placed an order, after waiting for a month I contacted them and found out they don't have items in stock. Money was refunded but felt like wasted my time and should have contacted me very next day if your items were out of stock. Won't be using this company ever again.

Hey Hassan, the initial three-week delay was caused due to there being no house number on your order only a street name.
I have just looked through your email thread - I cannot see anywhere that we have mentioned that they were out of stock.
The items were in stock but you did not want to wait any longer for the delivery so asked for a refund - which we processed straight away.

Everything I‘ve ordered so far has been exactly as displayed on the website and very nice quality, too! It does take a while for the items to get shipped to outside of the UK but on the other hand I‘ve had no issues regarding border taxes etc., which is fantastic! Would and will shop at again!
