Bought an item with this company, money has been taken and they’ve gone completely silent on me. The tracking says ‘order confirmed’ and that’s it. I’ve emailed many times and attempted contact on social media but had no response. Untrustworthy.
Response from seller below - all actions only taken after posting on Trustpilot and not in response to multiple emails.

Placed a big order in early november and it was supposed to be sent out by december 13th i think. Now i‘m wondering when it will be delivered but i didn‘t get a reply to two emails (both to to the info@ and contact@ mail adress). Also my mother didn‘t get any kind of reply to several mails as i used her paypal for the purchase.
Main problem is that i can‘t get access to the account because i forgot the password but after several attempts i didn‘t get a link to renew the password (technical error maybe?).
Still not giving 1 star and also willing to take the review back because i hope i‘m being helped now. Sad that i had to take this measure but i hope we can get is sorted.

UPDATE: no answer or help in any way. No reply to several emails within 2 weeks and no chance of getting in touch. Gonna get in touch with paypal now to get my money back (that was 1.3k by the way).

Loving my purchase (little men rechargeable lamps) funky and great service Avwhen one had slight fault and was swiftly replaced. Speedy response to emails from me via a person not a Bot!

Daylight robbery! What a waste of £50+ The checkered rug I ordered in comparison to the premium decor in the photos is quite frankly embarrassing faded in colour and just a plain white rug that has been stencil dyed, not to mention the ceramic dish that arrived smashed to bits as adequate packaging wasn’t used.
save your money!!

For starters, the items are lovely and really work well in my flat. Secondly the communication was very good. I’d ordered the items before Christmas and hadn’t heard anything for a few weeks. Once I reached out, I was met with impeccable customer service. Highly recommend.

I still have not received my order. There is no tracking (technical issues apparently) but I was told I'd have my item by the 20th Jan.

I did not receive an email about the item being out of stock.

I recently discovered House of Bloc. I’ve been following their Instagram account for a fair while now but have only just visited their wonderful website - wow what a treasure trove of goodies! I basically wanted everything! I found the website easy to navigate and I purchased several products - the sale was a good excuse to treat myself.

Very cute items with something for everyone that aren't too expensive, but if a good quality.
Free shipping aswell is very nice!

I ordered a product in the beginning of december and i still didint not receive anything. Everytime i try tracking the order it does not let me go into the site, and I cant even send a message on instagram. Very disappointing

Frankly, my experience from start to finish was appalling. Ordered on the 31st Dec. Was sent a tracking link, it never worked. Was due to be delivered on 6th but nothing. Contacted them and was told - we have had a nice family holiday, hence the delay (was not pre warned if this), they added there was problems with there tracking as they had moved to a new service. No apology. Why they decided to go on holiday while introducing a new tracking service I do not know. Package arrived on 9/1. It was smashed to pieces, the product was plastic but not in a box, no bubble wrap just stuffed in a bag. I decided on a refund rather than a replacement as I had no trust in this company. I reflected my experience to them, but no reply. As said appalling customer service from start to finish.

Took ages to be dispatched not including the obvious bank holidays) and arrived smashed to bits because they felt not a single bit of padding was needed to protect to mugs? Unfortunately cannot add a photo in the review.
UPDATE - I have since received a refund for the broken mugs I purchased. I appreciate that but would still not order from them again based on the fact they send fragile products without any protection at all.
