Nothing is coming on time.. and i got them for christmas.. why is it taking so long to ship with dhl

Delivery times not accurate at all, takes longer than declared on the website, had to contact customer service to get proper tracking. The goods itself are extremely low quality but they charge premium prices, they smell of gasoline and burned plastic, and are all synthetic even though they claim to be cotton fabric. Slippers sizes are way smaller than advertised at least 3 sizes smaller. I also ordered a rug which was of really poor quality, they used same material as on top of the slippers, it stank, and simply looked bad mind it costed me £60 for rug and £25 for each slipper. I'm still in the process of returninng the goods, god knows if I will get my money back.

I realise it’s a busy time of year, but I’m still waiting on the second part of my order and don’t seem to be able to get a satisfactory response from either customer services or Evri - Evri’s tracking indicates that they’re waiting for the parcel, whilst customer services have told me it’s in the local Evri depot according to the tracking. I don’t know how customer services have different tracking to me, but it’s extremely frustrating trying to track down something that’s intended to be a Christmas present. The delivery window indicated when I ordered was between 9th and 16th December, yet we’re creeping closer to Christmas and there’s still no sign of the item arriving and I end up feeling like a pest asking for updates from customer services.

UPDATE: the order was ‘delivered’ on 20th December. However, the tracking did not update until it was out for delivery…and because I was unaware it would be delivered that day, I was out…and was treated to the Evri special of having my parcel thrown over an 8ft wall into my back garden, to land on concrete. The only saving grace is how well packaged the parcel was!

Support staff have been excellent. The only thing preventing me from sharing 5 stars is that the product originally arrived with some damage, however the issue was resolved promptly and Wendy in customer service was extremely helpful in sending out replacement product. I will definitely be ordering from House of Bloc again.

I initially bought a rug online, turns out their rug quality is utterly terrible. It's more like a plush blanket you would never want to cover your floors. Their customer sercive team ("Wendy") will do everything but help you make a return or reaply to your request for return. They followed up only about sending photos to their supplier, but have ghosted my e-mails since October 14th.

I've tried for over two and a half months (September 30th) to return my purchase, and we're now at December 8th.

Website was easy to navigate, items were easy to find.

The quality of the products is so shit for the price you charge, it doesn´t look at all as on the web, i wanna give the products back. Im so disappointed. Looks worst than temu but 10 times more expensive. Crazy. Will never buy anything here again.
