I genuinely cannot praise Ali in his team Rory Albert and Stu high enough they worked tirelessly up to 9 pm with our house move ensuring to take great care when moving items out of the old house and into the new property. They got the quote spot on with three Luton vans and reassemble beds and wardrobes with no fuss that took away a lot of stress for me Ali and his team are so polite and really did graft hard. Ali explained the quote clearly to me and gave us a call a few days before to check everything was in hand and run through the plan of action for the day therefore I would highly recommend them for anyone moving house especially in the Nottingham area

Absolutely amazing! Cannot rate Ali and the team highly enough! Arrived exactly when needed to, they were very professional and polite! More than worth the money! Moved very quickly, I was quite an anxious mover and they helped me so much and checked in with me often. Really appreciated! Next time I move they’ll be getting a call!

We used this company about a month ago for a full house move, including packing and disassembly/reassembly. They were fantastic from start to finish and made the whole process so much easier.

They even provided extra boxes when we were running low, which was a huge help. The team were absolute grafters - hard working and efficient throughout.

Special shout out to Rory, who spent around 3 hours building my daughter’s bed (which looked incredibly complicated!) without a single complaint.

I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Really impressed with this company (it was Alfie's team we had supporting us) when they recently helped us move. Our circumstances meant it wouldn't be an easy job, but they worked through it efficiently and professionally, maintaining a positive attitude throughout. I contacted The House Removal Company for a quotation yesterday and was surprised they opted to do their survey today at 12 noon. My confidence in this company reduced when I had a telephone call an hour before they were due to come. Firstly, they hadn't taken the post code correctly and secondly they informed me the ride from Nottingham to Farnsfield would be forty five minutes, that combined with other appointments meant they were cancelling the appointment.
This level of efficiency at the quotation stage only leads me to believe that their organisational skills on the day of a move could be problematic.
Today 17th March I was asked by the Company and Trust Pilot to give more details. However, there are no more details. They failed to record the correct post code. They telephoned an hour before they were due to visit and said they would have to cancel.
They have witen to apologise but with removals it is important to get the right company. Following their initial error an cancellation I felt they were not for me.

Ali was great and very helpful and so was Alfie on the day of the move. Happy to use them again in the future.

I cannot thank this company and their employees enough for the excellent job they did clearing my Aunt’s house.
They were prompt, polite, friendly and went over and above my expectations.

Stellar service! After having been let down by another removal company 4 days before my move, I was recommended the house removal company by a family friend that has used them twice before already - much to my delight Ali was able to move me on my completion date even at such short notice. The price of the move was fair, I had been quoted far more from other companies due to being let down but I can’t fault Ali and the team. They were brilliant at moving me from A to B - great communication, considerate with my belongings, and a lovely team! Can’t believe how quick they got me out of my old house and into my new one - which I found really great as it gave me time to settle in before the end of the day!

Overall, a very good service.

Originally got quoted twice the price compared to competitors but called and they did a price match so make sure you shop around first. A little concerned they were trying to rip us off as we are first time buyers so might not have been aware of the prices... so just be aware...

However, slightly disappointingly, they quoted for 3 guys to do the job but only sent two. Feels like they were trying to claw back some margin on us after the price match.
Not a big deal though as the two guys they sent (Blake and Andreas) were great and got it all moved in under 3 hours. Super easy, no faff and they did a great job! Everybody I interacted with during this process was really nice and helpful as well.

I would recommend this service just don't take their first price if you think it's too high, make sure to shop around first.

Helpful company from the first time I made contact with them. The day of the house move went very well, the staff in attendance polite and careful with my belongings. I have moved a lot and this is one of the best companies I have appointed for my move.
