Ali was absolutely amazing! This is always a scary experience moving your items and possessions however, Ali made it a dream come true! We felt safe, connected and everything was delivered perfectly. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

From the start, these guys were helpful, friendly and professional. Ali needs a medal for customer service - he checks what you need, follows up, let's you know time of arrival etc. Really great after they've finished too.
As for the gents who came to move my stuff from home to storage, I cannot fault them. They were efficient but took really good care of my belongings. They checked what was needed and brought supplies along in case. Trustworthy and helpful, they made the move so much less stressful than it could otherwise have been.
As I said to them, I will be using them again when I move my things from storage to my new home.
Simply put: excellent.

Moving house is stressful and emotional. We moved with very short notice and I’m so grateful to Ali and the team. Ali was always responsive & helpful on the phone, a friendly voice in stressful moments. Ali also made calls, checking in and called the day before and on the day of the move. Ali and his team were fabulous on the day of the move, nothing was to much trouble, they was organised, worked quick and handled everything with care. Ali and the team at The House Removal Company did a fantastic job of moving my belongs during my recent move to Lincoln. Right from the initial contact I had with Ali, he explained the whole process and what to expect on moving day. We also discussed my belongings and Ali helped me to understand what size of van would be required for my move.

On the day Cam and OB arrived and were very efficient and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They unloaded my belongings at my new home and even took things to the correct rooms. With 2 kids aged 2 and 4 and a busy career life, I dreaded moving houses as I was not sure how I could cope. Meeting Ali totally changed my perspective. He turned up at my house and reassured me and my family that we had nothing to worry about and he truly kept to his words. He was very professional, timely and friendly and also accommodated our budget.
He and his co-workers didn't mind that my kids got in their way and made us all feel very comfortable while being ever efficient, ensuring everything was in its right place. Work was finished in good time leaving us enough time to settle in seamlessly.

I booked The House Removal Company after my daughter booked them for her move and I was so impressed with how professional and friendly they were, nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile.
On the lead up to my move the company provided me with wardrobe boxes and coloured tape (such a clever idea) to colour code boxes and items to the room they needed to go to.
Unfortunately my sale fell through at the last minute but I was treated with concern and kindness when I had to cancel their services.
I would definitely use this company if I
move in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a removal firm.

Ali and the team helped us move from Nottingham to Rutland and made the process so easy for us. Loved all their attitudes, very friendly and couldn’t have been more efficient. 2 full loads with a 3 bed house full of possessions all moved in 5 hours (including the 1.5hr journey). Really pleased 😄
