Super quick, friendly and professional.

Amazing service from Arlo and the rest of the team, I've come to them twice in the past 2 months to fix various issues with my phone, each time been nothing short of an excellent service, always deliver on time and quickly, I was worried first time i’d be without a phone for a few days, i was pleasantly shocked when i was told a full screen replacement would only take a couple hours, I fully recommend their services to anyone with issues with their phone.

I was most impressed with the excellent treatment and help l received from John, being an older person he treated me with kindness and respect, l would certainly advise anyone to use Ilan.

Chris got my phone working straight off and very kindly didn’t charge. I was pleased to see the Hospice collection pot on the counter so put something in that as he wouldn’t take anything for his time. Dropped my phone in cause there was some dust behind the screen on the front camera, done within the hour and was free of charge, top blokes would well recommend 💪💪

Popped into Ilab to get a quote for how much it would be to get my ear speaker changed and they kindly offered to clean it out first to see if that fixed the problem. Luckily after a good clean and new screen protector it did work and they saved me money. I have had new batteries and screens with I lab before and are also quick reliable and friendly! Defo a go too for phone repairs.

My boyfriend took my phone in to get repaired after it kept looping the apple logo and the guys in there were so helpful they ended up fixing my phone that same day and at a cheaper price then quoted! This is the 3rd time I’ve used these guys over the years and iv even taken my mum and friends, they always provide excellent service and are so kind and helpful always recommend
