Excellent company to deal with. Delicious chocolates and delivered promptly.

Have had these chocs before and they were lovely
I bought 2 bags of 24 this time ( 1 for my mum )
Mine tasted stale but she said hers were lovely
I'm not sure I would buy them again as they're pretty expensive

Website was shocking. I tried for days to get my order placed for my husbands birthday and it wouldn’t work. Kept saying order cancelled 😞 Customer service was helpful and eventually I got them but it really was a long drawn out process. Don’t think I will be using them again as there is other chocolatier’s on the market that deliver without the stress!!

I love this company - chocolates are superb. Both my mother's loved the selection I chose and appreciated the quality. I just hope someone gifts me a box.

As I said in my previous survey I was disappointed as my product had not arrived which is why I gave a poor rating. Ironically I had completed the survey prior to the product arriving later, and I realise that it is a problem with the courier company. Moving on the Mother's Day chocolates have arrived which is the main thing and I will continue to purchase from the company as I am very happy with their products.

These are the most luxurious chocolates I’ve ever had. I love coffee chocolates (can’t actually stand coffee as a drink but love the smell!!) They are number 1 in my list of favourite things.

Convenience, speedy delivery, competitive price. Excellent taste experience.
One small criticism, as all the chocolates ordered were dark dropping in a milk one due to stock availability was a bit of a no no and cost you a star. Doubling up on an ordered dark one would have been better.

Paid for express delivery due on Valentine’s Day. Still not received the day after. They use Evri for deliveries so that means I’ll never order from here again. Shame.
