Well l placed my order same as last year for my partners birthday
And it happened again you never delivered on time in fact three days late
When they xam it was in a small box
Ok the chocolates were lovely
But over priced and not worth all the hassle l had with my partner
As l said l pay up front l expect my order on the date l ask

It was lovely to be able to chose my faves. Gorgeous xx

I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. I was hoping that it would be here by now. I wanted it for a present at the weekend. I had to buy a replacement. Not over impressed.

Website quick and easy to use. Loved selecting my own chocolates from a huge variety on offer. The chocolates taste fantastic too. This is my second purchase and I'll definitely buy again.

Mistakes in the order but politely rectified.

I've shopped before with The Indulgence. The concept and product is great, and same again this time - great chocolates and beautiful presentation.

There were a few errors in the box where some of the wrong chocolates had been provided. I fed this back and received a very polite and thoughtful apology, and was also given a partial refund (despite not requesting one).

So I'll be back again for sure. The product itself is really high quality, and the customer service very good.

I'm a repeat customer for this exquisite business. The quality of it's beautiful chocolates is only matched by their service. I love that packaging can be recycled ♻️. Delivery is fast and communication is exceptional. I'm a repeat customer for very good reasons.

Nothing received from order placed 6/9, stating 3-4 days delivery, royal mail states being sent from sender 8/9 but nothing received, despites emails and voicemails left no contact has been forthcoming from the indulgence and Royal mail insist it has not been received from the indulgence, l would definitely avoid

Very happy with the order just took longer to deliver which was due to post strike .the staff was very helpful

Beautiful luxury chocolates, delivered today despite the Postal strike, in the best condition p-ossible!!

I ordered in good time and expected delivery 2 days before the birthdays of two people. Regrettably the postal strike intervened, and I received the gifts after the birthdays, but have send them off to the recipient's. The birthday chocolates were very good and will certainly order again. Excellent service

These chocolates are absolutely lovely. They look so good before you even taste them. Super variety, there's so !any gorgeous flavours. Beautifully packaged. Will order again.

Good Service for taking care in hot weather & prompt response to inquries.

My chocolates had been left out in the sun by our postperson ( no fault of Indulgence), and on opening they had melted. I emailed Indulgence, with a photo, and emailed Royal Mail. Royal Mail contacted me quickly explaining I needed to take my complaint to the Company for compensation.
I then messaged Indulgence on Facebook with my complaint.
To date, I have had no response from Indulgence, whatsoever. Oh well, it looks like they've lost a customer.
