The customer service is outstanding, I would recommend purchasing from this company. I gave it five stars because of the service, I received when I had a problem with my order.

I made my purchase in February and my waterfall came quickly and as described. However, I made a typo in the address and had to call to change it. Customer service resolved my issue quickly and were very nice. Then I realized I had ordered more cones than I wanted. I called again and they offered me three different options to choose from to resolve that issue. Since that resulted in a credit to my account, I didn't understand my order confirmation and I emailed them (the first of a few), and their replies were always within 24 hours, usually the same day. I cannot say enough good things about how friendly and helpful and understanding the reps were. I don't know if my replies were all from the same rep, but they all had the same tone, that my satisfaction was the most important thing to them at that moment. I cannot say enough good things about this company's products and customer service. I would recommend them to anyone any day. Thank you!

Purched 3 Incense waterfalls from Incense-brand.com & upon receiving my order it was incomplete (missing one waterfall). I contacted their customer service and received outstanding service from Monique, who worked on correcting the discrepancy, completing my order. Product and service was 5 star.

The customer service rep was incredibly cheerful, professional, and genuinely cared to assist me and make sure I was fully satisfied with the company. They provided extra information which helped me make a more informed purchasing decision and gained my trust in the company. I look forward to recieving the incense waterfall in a few days and giving as a gift.

I had a waterfall cracked and the lady was really nice. She sent me an email with all the instructions to follow. They're sending me a new waterfall. Thank you soon much for good service.

Customer service helped me place my order as I was having trouble getting into the app.
I then received my order and found 1 of 2 of the burners broken.
I called back and the young lady who helped had my new burner ordered and on its way to me. GREAT JOB VERY HAPPY.

Their positive reviews are fake. They will scam you by offering less then charging more and you have no way to prove their offer. Take a screen shot if you accept an offer. Otherwise they will bait and switch you.

When lit up,the smoke doesn’t flow like on the tv ad.

Purchased my Waterfall from this company and I really love the Idea of this product! My favorite scent is peppermint and I love watching how the smoke run until the bottom of my vase! It releases the stress out of my soul!! 💆‍♀️

Initial shipment arrived weeks later than expected. I was halfway across the country when it arrived, so wasn't able to use the burner and incense until I returned home months later. The inscents cones were not in the package, just the burner. I contacted the company via email. They replied within 24 hours, requesting photos to prove I received the burner. A bag of 100 inscents cones was immediately shipped out. The burner, itself is really cool. I enjoy watching it. I'm a bit disappointed the cones only last about five minutes, but the scent lingers in the air for quite some time. Overall, I am quite pleased with the product and their customer service.

This is an awesome item. So relaxing so beautiful the way it flows down so graciously. It's one of a kind and Im so happy that I found this. I HIGHLY recommend this and the price is outstanding.

I was going through buy one until I was going through their reviews and saw multiple fake reviews using duplicate pictures for fake reviews . Go and look for yourself two of the same pictures are used multiple times With two different names , sadly I won’t buy from a company that is deceptive with its reviews .

Within 48 hours I received an email from inscentswaterfall.com in which they throughly reviewed my order. They also make an point to mention that they value me as their customer. At this point in the email they further showed their loyalty to me as their customer by offering and applying my free shipping to my order I placed.
