Okay first of all I have to be honest it didn't get here because of the address issue. But my landlord saw the package and didn't want anyone to steal it so he brought it to me. I'll work on the address issue but I love this company it is a great product I was really really surprised I thought it was going to be fake but it was real. I love the incensus they smell great the effects of the smoke going down the fall was awesome this is one of the greatest products ever ever I have ever bought thank you from the bottom of my heart you guys are awesome keep up the good work.

Do not waste your money. The cones do not have any scent at all. If you like the smell of burned wood then you will like the cones. I ordered the waterfall which was supposed to come with the cones. I received the waterfall no cones. After being on hold for over an hour I finally got someone on the phone to discuss my issue. In addition they offer you buy 2 get one free set of 100 cones, do not fall for it. They still charge you for it. The CS rep told me something about the cones are like $29.99 and when you buy 3 you get $10 off that is how you get 2 and the one 1 free. My last issue I paid for UPS shipping $7.99 and they still sent it through the regular shipping process and charged me not only $7.99 but additional $3.99. This thing ended up costing me almost $100. The solution was to send me the 100 free cones I did not get, and then give me $100 gift card. I had to follow-up to get the gift card. I got it, now I need to see if it is legit. Seeing the commercial on TV they even lied about their ratings here on Trust Pilot. They do have some five star ratings, and I am wondering if the company did that themselves. Please do not buy from this company. You are better off buying one from Etsy or Amazon. My troubles started 3/24/23 and finally resolved 4/4/23, well kind of I have not yet tried to use the gift card.

As so many others have said, "they overcharge, poor customer service, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM" Don't go by the reviews on their website, they're all lies.

They add on charges and they finalized the order without my consent. Then they ignore my requests to cancel the order before it shipped. What started out as only a $20.00 purchase, I was charged over $90.00. I suggest to stay away from this website. They are crooked

This is junk! Never worked as smoke never did travel as advertised!

This was a complete waste of money. Incense burns too fast ,last only a couple of minutes. Smoke does not travel the way advertised

This product doesn’t work. Smoke never goes down the way it was shown on tv. I would never suggest to anyone to purchase this

They are a knock off of the actual inscent waterfall. The inscent all smell the same and it doesn’t look like what’s on tv. The money back guarantee is a lie and when you are unhappy with purchase they will only offer more of their product instead of money back.

I received the waterfall but did not receive any cones at all. Are they shipped separately from the waterfall?

I tried to order the Inscents Waterfall / Cones which ended in 3 different pop-up windows coming up with 3 different charges, and showed on PayPal that I had "Automatic Payments". No! I never gave authorization for that! The smoking / smell of the cones made me very sick with continual sneezing, coughing and difficulty breathing. I emailed the company to ask where to send the items back to receive a full refund. The response I received did not include a person's name and said the following: "I am sorry to know that you would like to return your order at this time. I know how this is important to you. I was placing this order with a 70% discount and input my payment info then continued and each time I continued they was something else being offered and it kept on and on. I never submitted my order due to the sales approach. I loved the idea of the waterfall, but not worth what you go thru with the sales pitch.

The waterfall is nice but the incense smells aweful. It also leaves a greasy residue on the outer ceramic coating. It’s gross like tar. SO KEEP THE WATERFALL AND THROW THE INCENSE IN THE TRASH.
Just buy some backflow incense at your local smoke shop.

Over charged to the tune of an extra £68 for items I did not request. No email confirmation or order number! reported to bank as fraud. If I order for 1 waterfall that's what I want!

I came across the advert on Snapchat and saw the price so I thought I'd buy one just to be hit with a second transaction which was more than triple the original price of the product I've sent them multiple emails about requesting a refund to still hear no reply. the telephone number on the website does not work and I would suggest that everyone steer clear from this product as it's quite blatantly a scam

The waterfall is beautiful and soothing. I burn about 6 a day and they're not to strong. I've burned inscents before that were very strong and actually made me nauseous. But these are very pleasant.
