Steer clear of this company. Worst customer servce imaginable. I only gave this company one star as I couldn't give zero or minus!
Ordered a waterfall and cones on the 2nd June. Now 7th August and no delivery.
I checked the tracking number they gave me only to find it had been delivered to another town, and the person had refused to accept it and it was then sent to Basildon over 100 miles away. ???? I am presuming that is Royal Mails depot.
Contacted customer services who insisted it had been delivered, when asked what address they had sent it to, no response. I emailed them several times and just to be told to check my neighbours in case they had taken it in. I explained that my neighbours like me do not live in the town it was sent too! I was then told to go to my local depot and chase it up! Which I could not do as I have no idea what address they sent it too in the first place.
After a couple of weeks I thought I would try again and this time I contact with a chap called Drew, who seemed helpful at first. Had the usual conversation that it had been delivered, but I explained it went to the wrong town. Eventually, Drew said they would reprocess the order. That was over two weeks back, still nothing and now no one will even answer my emails.
If you have ordered and received one of their products, then consider youself lucky. Advice DO NOT BUY from these people, because if there is a fault or problem then forget it.

Please DO NOT buy from this company!!! They took over £70 out of my account. The 70% discount is what lures customers in!!! Then once you go through the ordering process, other package options come up (I didn't select any additional package options!!!). I have sent two emails and had no response; just automated emails explaining my orders, which equate to over £70!! Disgusted is an understatement! Companies like this should not be allowed to advertise. I have reported them on Facebook.

I was a bit dubious, I didnt finish my order and it automatically went through, be carefull, the shipping seemed a bit dodgy but I did receive mine it's a lovely item, delivery was also fast so I'm really pleased, I'd recommend not to use PayPal if you keep getting charged, I only got charged the £17 and that's it

Having problems with this company, extra charges of £39.99. been trying to get a response but automated and getting nowhere. Do not buy from this company or Perfect Deal, cannot contact then, if you get angry they block you on facebook and messenger. Took 2 payments from my card and I only knew about 1. by the time you realise, they have your money and a headache trying to sort. Disgraceful scammers. they have taken £71.92 and I only ordered £14.95.

I've waited almost two weeks to receive my waterfall. Thankfully it was not damaged since it was bubble wrapped inside and out. Tried it immediately to see the waterfall effect and it did not disappoint me. It came with 100 free cones.

This burner is pretty amazing! A great way to relieve stress and anxiety. the calming sensation is extravagant. I could not stop myself from using this product. I Will definitely going to purchase another one for my shop.
