Customer ref 2180/#2160. The company clearly sent me the wrong article. I ordered bottles £50 of CoQ10 and got a small pack of Epsom crystals!!! They do not respond or answer phone. They have moved offices to temporary accommodation. Very dodgy. I am doing a check of the owner’s pharmacist licence.

I made an order and paid for 2 kg on the 11th June. 4 emails and nearly 4 weeks later. I have received nothing. No responses to my emails and no product. Not sure how to get hold of them as there is only email contact. Grumpy to say the least.

Our peptide collagen arrive with the package broken and the powder spilling everywhere loosing about 400g. I have email the company and contacted them through the contact us on their website and i have not had a reply. That was 4 days ago.

Quick delivery, good service

Arrived quickly and on-time. Package was ripped but fortunately nothing had dropped out. Delivery driver advised that this was how he received it. I do feel that packaging should be a bit more substantial, especially if it contains items of different shapes and sizes. We have used this type of collagen for some time and have always been happy with it. I also like the reduced prices for larger sizes.

Dr. Manzoor is empathetic, proactive and sincere. He takes the time to understand his patients' concerns. One does not feel rushed at his office. Patients can contact his office via email with concerns and will receive a response. Turn around time is efficient. He takes his patients' time into consideration as "Wait Time" isn't long - bookings are spaced efficiently. I recently called to book an appointment to find out my results for two separate ultra sounds that I had done weeks apart. I spoke with Munazza. She was pleasant, efficient and coordinated a feedback appointment where I could receive the feedback on both ultrasounds on the same day. Dr. Manzoor is my new family doctor and my experiences with him, his wife and his staff thus far, have been positive. Changing physicians after years of care is never easy - Dr. Manzoor and staff have made the transition a smooth one. Thank you!

When you pay for 4 kg collagen and only 2 kg gets delivered, you go out of your way to email the supplier and 4 weeks later still no reply.

Half the order only delivered, sent 3 emails, had no reply from you! Poor poor service!

I used the products for 1 year. The benefit is visible.
