Leamington Karpet Kindom have done a superb job of LVT flooring in my kitchen . Looks amazing . The staff was great and matched my lowest quote price . I'm absolutely delighted with the flooring was fitted great with no problems. Thank you :)

Showroom staff very helpful and responsive and when you inviting strangers into your house you want them to be like these guys, professional and friendly. Definitely recommend

Carpet fitters were so friendly, respectful and did an amazing job.
I am equally thrilled with the overall finish for the wooden flooring. - only constructive feedback would be that the fitters for the wood flooring work at such a pace, that they overlook some of the smaller detail such as communicating with the customer. Just a little niggle but overall, really thrilled with the service and the way the flooring has transformed my new home.
I am always looking for the best quality at the best price and Karpet Kingdom could not be beaten.

Awful service! Had an afternoon appointment, finally arrived at 5.15pm. No plan was detailed for my hall, stairs and landing, even though I took a plan in on day of purchase.
Wanted to lay my new carpet on a dirty road to cut it up to size. Something they do frequently I am told!!! I refused this option. So they are now arriving a day later. Offered no compensation bar a future discount in store!
Assistant Manager Chris really offered no customer care or empathy. Use Carpet Castle for a professional service!

Karpet Kingdom sourced the carpet we wanted and then proceeded to fit it within a week. It was a tricky stairs and extremely long corridor but the fitter, Mick was excellent and did a superb job. Would highly recommend.

(Leamington Spa Branch) the service was great from start to finish. Staff were extremely helpful. They had so much to choose from, suiting all budgets. Once I had finally chosen, the carpet was installed a week later to a high standard. The Leamington branch also accepted BlueLight card for additional discounts.

Salesman Chris was very helpful. I got a lovely carpet for my budget. Also thought I needed underlay and didn't so this was refunded. Very helpful. The carpet fitter Mick was superb. Brilliant customer service all around thank you

We recently visited Karpet Kingdom for the second time, having been indecisive six months ago, and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The guy who assisted us at the counter was incredibly helpful, offering us three different options across various budgets and guiding us to the right carpet pile for our needs (stairs and landing). There was absolutely no pressure – we were able to take our time choosing the perfect colour and style, eventually going for a grey herringbone design.

What really impressed us was how quickly the fitting was organised and completed. Mick arrived at 10am the following Tuesday, walked us through the entire process, and explained how the patterned carpet would be laid. He even solved a couple of issues we hadn’t accounted for, like the need for a door-bar for the airing cupboard and adjusting measurements for a threshold. Mick had everything we needed on hand and provided quick solutions.

Nothing was too much trouble, and his expertise really put us at ease. On top of that, Mick was a pleasure to have in our home—polite, professional, and respectful.

The end result (along with the fresh carpet smell!) is fantastic. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Karpet Kingdom truly took the hassle out of the whole process, and we wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Definitely 5 stars!

I bought a 1 bedroom flat which needed new floors. After getting a few quotes I went to the karpet kingdom store following a recommendations from friends. Chris and the whole team were very helpful and informative and made it alot better for me to choose which ones to go for and gave good value for money. The fitters have been excellent, tidy, got on with the job and I am really pleased with the results. I have had kitchen, bathroom lounge and hall and just have bedroom carpet now left which I will have done in months to come. I would highly recommend karpet kingdom Coventry team and the fitters for all the work I have had done and advice provided re products which were good value for money as well .

Ordered LVT flooring at Rugby store. The rep Sanj Sidhu was really helpful. The order process was straightforward and fitting arranged. The fitters Marcus and Jake were fantastic. Their workmanship was incredible and could not be faulted ….. how many times can that be said.

I recently visited and had an outstanding experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the service was prompt, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The quality and value exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Will definitely be coming back!

Great company to use for carpets. A great selection to choose from and staff are well informed and polite.

Make sure all staff are aware of whst discounts are allowed. I was informed that the discount for the Medicat exemtion certificate was put through NHS discount.

We visited the Coventry Branch and after choosing what we wanted we spoke to a gentleman called Chris, there was no pressure from any of the sales team when we arrived, which is nice. Chris was so helpful and definitely went out of his way. It was also near closing time but he never once rushed us. We had wooden flooring downstairs, on the stairs and carpets upstairs, within a week it was all done. The fitters missed a little bit of beading, we gave Chris a call and it was sorted when the carpets were fitted.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
They over priced the carpet by a whole room charged for expensive spray adhesive that never materialised even though they knew it was a charity funded job.
The lino in the kitchen was laid in the wrong direction which left the job short of lino to finish the job and there are now unrepairable gaps in the kitchen floor and patched in corners in the toilet which has left it looking messy and amateur.
The job is finally finished now at extensive cost.
To see a fitter try and lay carpet on his own makes me question the professionalism of this company.
I hate to leave a review like this but I feel this needs to be said to avoid anyone else getting the same shoddy service that was given on this job.

Ordered a bedroom carpet from the Warwick store in December 2023 for fitting in January 2024. Due to some ill health and family bereavements we had to rebook this fitting five times until we finally had it fitted in early May. Throughout this process the Warwick shop have been brilliant, no problems with rebooking appointments, always very helpful and friendly right from the initial shop visit to choose the carpet through to the fitting.
The fitter was very polite, on time, and kept in touch from the day before, texting me with his estimated time of arrival which was very helpful. On the day he was prompt, efficient and friendly, and had the carpet fitted in 20 minutes. Very happy with the result, looks great. Will definitely use them again.

Ordered a stair, landing and bedroom carpet from the rugby branch which was fitted this week and within 2 weeks of ordering. The service from start to finish was excellent and the fitters did a great job. I would highly recommend Karpet Kingdom and wouldn't hesitate using these guys in the future

I have never experienced such poor service.

They may be cheap but it is not worth it.

Starting from pricing up the wrong flooring, measuring wrong and me having to go to the Warwick store to pick up the extra flooring because they kept messing me around.

Flooring should have been laid 25 November 2023 and it actually got finished 15 February 2024.

Stephen at the Warwick branch lied the fitter saying the house was empty knowing that we had moved in on the Friday with flooring going in on the Sunday. I was present when he lied and he said oops I’ll call him back whilst laughing.

They didn’t have the beading and according to Stephen it’s normal for them to sell stock that they don’t have.

Leaving me my children sleeping on mattresses for a month before they agreed for us to unpack and then the furniture having to be moved to finish the job.

When the beading finally arrived the fitter told me it was the wrong colour and I quote ‘cheap and flimsy’.

Just to top it all off, they’ve left my new carpet filthy and a broken picture… the wall they broke has been fixed and my teenager could have done a better job….

Avoid the Warwick branch is my advice.

Bought a lounge carpet from Karpet Kingdom in Coventry and agreed fitting within a few days of ordering. Fitters arrived within time window agreed and were friendly and professional and did a great job fitting the carpet. Very pleased, hence why we used Karpet Kingdom for all our carpets over many years.
