The Kdom Shop Reviews 

I'm sure some of you have heard or ordered from the kdom. If not then don't just read my experience or review since some people might be luckier as what seems on their site review. I'm putting it on here too since I'm not sure they will make mine visible.

So somewhere in March I had ordered an army bomb from the Kdom. It showed a video of it being compatible with the official app. So I was convinced after that and reading the reviews and ordered it. It came early which was fun, I tested it being compatible with the app which was the case so I wasn't worried.

My disappointment came late. I had ordered the lightstick to go to the concert on the 7th of June in Paris. My lightstick wouldn't connect to concert mode. I tried everything. My friend who ordered from the Kdom too luckily forgot hers so we had to buy a new one at the venue. She helped me because hers was working but nothing worked. She tried doing what she did on hers. I changed batteries, re-download the app, re- started my phone. It wouldn't accept or remember my concert seat. So I was pretty bummed that I couldn't be part of the light sea. 2 other friends had the same issue and ordered from the Kdom.

Later another friend of mine that went both days went to the repair booth with the army bomb from the Kdom. They told her it was a fake. She was able to buy a new one too.

Later at home I compared both army bombs. The beads move around differently, the sound they make when moving the lightstick is different, the fake ones sound more like harsh plastic. The inside is a bit different and the photocards are different in color.

In the end it was better to buy an army bomb for atleast 30 euros less. It's the real deal and they had enough for everyone at the stadium. The merchlines weren't even long. We went on the 6TH of june to check the merch out already and bought some stuff and didn't wait longer than 5 minutes. The next day the merchlines were a bit longer but we had to wait 10 minutes max. It's really not worth wasting your money on fakes if you can get it at the venue. So be careful!

It’s fake the army bombs are more expensive than the original price and they are fake please don’t waste your time or money it’s all fake I promise you I had to buy another army bomb at the concert I really want my money back I’m devastated never again

A couple years ago, I ordered a bunch of face masks & 3 bracelets. I received MOST of the face masks. Nothing else. They were also poor quality. I waited a couple months, not thinking too much about, depends on where they're coming from. Nothing else came though. I contacted them, I got the run around. Ignored emails, excuses. I was eventually told that the bracelets I picked were sold out & they weren't sure why I was able to order them. No one emailed me or anything to inform me until this went down though. After not getting the new things I picked out & no more replies, I tried a different email address. They answered right away! As soon as they found out my problem, they started ignoring me again. I tried on Facebook. Ignored messages & deleted comments. They even blocked me from commenting. I put a bad review on here, they emailed me & told me if I take it down, they'll help me. Guess what! After a few emails, nothing. Guess what! I'm back & putting this back up. This time, I'm not taking it down.

someone smashed my BTS lightstick box all up and im still not sure if its a real lightstick or not. i guess ill find out at the concert.

DO NOT BUY THIS ARMY BOMB, ITS FAKE! I bought 2 army bombs because it said that it was the official one. Went to the concert, and the app didn't recognized my seats, so I went to a bighit staff and they told me, that it was a fake. This was extremely expensive and it is a fake. Just had to buy 2 official ones at the concert that cost me half of the price that I paid here. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Great, the delivery came within the estimated time they set. As stated in the description, I got the officialarmy lightstick version 3 that's compatible with the official app.

The only downside for me, is that the box was slightly bumped on a corner, but nothing concerning about it, the items weren't damaged. And that the tracking wasn't too accurate. For a week and a half it stayed on plane delivery, and then it suddenly said 'delivered at home'.

Besides those minor things, the order was successfully completed.

Nothing was missing or damaged and arrived earlier than expected.

So originally I had put in my review 5stars for an army bomb I bought. It seemed real.since it looks exactly the original. Well apparently the fake one also comes with the QR bighit card and can sync to the app. I attended the speak yourself concert at the rosebowl where I came to learn it's a fake! I paid $70 just for a fake! So no do not buy from here!!!!

Took my ARMY bomb to the SPEAK YOURSELF tour in London and was told it was fake, this is the £60 not the cheaper version. Don't buy from this company if you want official merch.

I’ve ordered two items from TheKdom and for the most part they been good quality. My only complaint would be to have more variety of items available for more groups.

For the past 2 months since I've ordered a sweater on your site, I've only received one email regarding the status of the order. However, 2 emails were send to me asking to rate your website. I cannot give you a good review because not only I haven't received my sweater, but my money were also taken as soon as I placed the order.

I would gladly appreciate if you can tell me whatever happend to the package and why I haven't received it yet. And if possible, I would like to know where my sweater is and when it is going to arrive.

It wasn’t loose when I tried it on, it was very tight even tho I bought it in size XXL.

I bought a pair of shoes last year and the package never arrived. // Compré zapatillas el año pasado y las sigo esperando.

I’ve ordered a few things in the past from the kdom. It’s been alright. My last order, I never received it. So I’m def bummed about that. 🙁

Product arrived and was just what I ordered. I gave it 3 stars ⭐️ only because the sizing is on the small side. I ordered a medium and that’s what they sent I wish I had ordered large , even x-large.

I enjoyed the updates on my product as it was shipped to me plus the free samples, I was able to test some products I was unsure about and now am inclined to purchase them :)
