I bought a BTS lace sleeved jacket. For $35+ I expected much much better. It was packaged in a small envelope and when I opened it, it was wrapped inside of a clear plastic. I ordered a white medium version and it looked small on my sister who’s pretty petite for her height anyway. (5’1 100 lbs). The fabric was incredibly thin and delicate. I thought this was a joke. It’s supposed to be a jacket, it’s too thin to even be a shirt. Highly disappointed considering it was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it looked like something I ordered off of wish. If I pay $35+ for this I expect higher quality. The jacket should have been thicker considering other sweaters and jackets for the same and lower prices have better quality. Its funny how the company’s responses to reviews claim no fault and place the blame on the customers. Just apologize if you aren’t going to do anything to make the experience better. It makes you look unprofessional. If I saw the reviews beforehand instead of after, I would’ve never bought anything from here. Will never be ordering this overpriced-riding on KPOP popularity website again and I suggest you save your own money on other things.

They sent me wrong size shoes and it says on their website that you can exchange one time as a customer, but when I actually contacted them they said they spent too much money on shipping and there is nothing they can do and lied to me saying she/he will talk to the manager and get back to me. It's been almost 3 months. I'm still waiting with smaller size shoes which I spent $49 on!! Stay away from them if you know what's good for you.

Due to me ordering my package during the holiday season it didn't arrive super quickly, but the tracking kept me updated on it's progress which was great! The product itself was amazing and looked great! The quality of my jacket is wonderful! Would definitely recommend buying things off this site if you're a fellow kpop fan!

I received my order and it was small. Of course I couldn’t verify due to them removing the tag. They refuse to make it right. Don’t ever order from them!!

It was a gift for christmas but I haven't received it yet. They said I would receive it soon but I wonder if I will receive it one day.

I liked the easy process to find what I was looking for, shipping was quick and even early, everything was cheap except shipping was a little pricey for the one small product. I recommend that you review all prices compared to competitors because I have found cheaper sites that offer the same things with the same quality.

My package hasen’t been moving for awhile and it makes me anxious

I ordered a pair of the PUMA x BTS shoes, and they mailed me the wrong size. The shoes themselves look nice, but I am almost 100 percent sure that they are fake (they are falling apart). I messaged them back to see if it was possible for me to receive the correct size, and I still have gotten no news for quite a long time. The necklace I ordered came in okay condition, but the shoes were not cheap and I am pretty disappointed.

I ordered two items: a mouth mask and a hoodie, the mask came but the hoodie never came! It still says its being prepared for shipping, for 1 year its still not shipped, and i payed for both!!! I emailed with them back and forth but they said nothing about the hoodie or when it will arrive.
Bad customer service.

Hi for this moment I can say it's bad, why. I try to explane.
Almost 2 weeks I don't hear anything I did write 2 mails and nothing no reactions.
I did place a order in September for shoes for my doughter and now its December and still no shoes. In my country I call the delivery shop, it did arrive on October 12 and some days later I call them and ask where they are. They say to me there are some problems the number for address isn't correct some error like 1-@@ default.
Because the problem they sent the package back, even KDOM couldn't help me or didn't wanted, or I must place a new order and paying and then they sent new shoes, in that time they say I must wait for 30 til 35 days for the return package and that they will refund me.
I wrote maybe 10 times and the last 2 still no answers??
How long most I wait??

Overall good and fast service. The products arrived sooner than I expected and were exactly like in the picture. They also seem to be of a decent quality.
The only drawback was that they were sent in separate packages and I was able to track only one of them so I wasn't even sure if the other one was sent until it arrived.

Very good quality. It’s just a bit snug. I did go 2 sizes up to accommodate but it’s still a bit small.
