when i received the Bag..the Letters…

when i received the Bag..the Letters BTS were coming off...the letter S was missing🙁
My niece was dissappointed..
Plss don't take this as a Negative review n nor do i want a replacement..
just pointing it out so that nxt tym when u ship orders..such things doesn't happen😊
other than the chipped Letters..the Bag is in Excellent conditions

wld love to shop again frm Kdom🙏

We did send your backpack in excellent condition but it happens sometimes due to customs and shipping it gets spoiled and we do give replacements once our customer contacts us with relevant images.

Unsatisfied customer

When I placed my order, I had no idea when the order would arrive or where it was shipped from. After corresponding with the company, I finally found out that it would take nearly a month to receive my order. The response from the company was rude and not very helpful.

Need work on shipping and presentation.

I did not receive the shoe box which I think should be a standard item with the purchase of a new shoe. I also did not appreciate the pamphlet being shoved into one of the shoe. Packaging was also a disappointment. It seemed like you guys wanted to save on shipping costs so the shoes were wrapped in paper and mailed in a bubble mailer. The shoes itself were received with a few marks on them.
