Subscribes you without your knowledge or consent
During the checkout process, I explicitly unselected the app option because I was interested in the physical book only. Several weeks later, I was charged $30.99, apparently for a recurring subscription I did not sign up for and which was not clearly outlined during the purchasing process. Customer Service declined to refund me and repeatedly lied that the subscription details are set forth during checkout (so I went back and ran through the process again; they are not) and pointed me to the Terms and Conditions. The fact of an automatic subscription is not even explained in the Terms and Conditions. This company is engaging in consumer fraud to squeeze pennies out of you. 0/10 recommend

Brought the Lasting Change book but got conned into buying counselling, a lifetime APP and a subscription. I didn't want any of these add on and immediately contacted help @ the lastingchange customer services and requested they cancel all add on and give me a refund. I was informed that my subscription had been cancelled but company was unable to give me a refund worth £116.17 as its against their T&C's and everything had already been set up technically even though I haven't activated my account. Absolutely disgusted with their Customer Service and their scams!!!!!

Unjustified monthly subscription fees
I am outraged about the lack of transparency regaring recurring subscription payments. There is nothing mentioned anywhere about a subscription. You just get presented the fact that after a month you get charged for another 30 USD for a, in my opinion, bogus subscription. Neither on the app nor on an email confirmation it's mentioned anything about a subscription. Who in their right mind spends 30 USD a month for that? I feel scammed. Be careful!

Don’t buy these products
I ordered the Lasting Change book and app which I never used. I was offered a six months subscription to Walking Yoga which I excepted. I found out yesterday that they have taken a year subscription without warning me. Apparently they send an email that went into my junk mail. I have contacted them for a refund a number of times regarding this but they refuse to do so.I would not recommend this company or their products.

A massive delay in shipping, terrible customer service
A massive delay in shipping - over a month after I purchased the book. Only when I followed up I was told to confirm the shipping address. That should have been sent a month ago. When I said I want to cancel I was told it was too late as it reached the production ( woohoo, finally?!?!). Oh and terrible customer service. When I reported the problem, not even a word of explanation or apologies. Regret so much I ordered it even before I started using! Not the best start huh?!?!

This is such a scam. I ordered the book and a month later was charged $140 for subscriptions I didn’t even sign up for and didn’t know about. They will NOT reimburse me stating terms and conditions. Beware- this book is NOT worth the hassle. Beyond frustrating. I have reached out directly multiple times with them simply stating “terms and conditions”. Very much a scam. Have reports on this company with PayPal, BB and my credit card company. Will continue to leave reviews get the word out about this scam.

Buyer be aware, subscription based
The book itself is quite good, inspirational, informative, although a bit generic, but a good workbook. However, thank goodness for my credit card company putting a block on "Lasting change" transaction of nearly $50 for a monthly subscription that this company says absolutely nothing about when you order. I have since read more reviews and people are fighting for months for their money from these so called subscriptions. I think this is a very good scam.
