Thin pages, high price, and a concerning review process.
I really wanted to love this journal. The cover is beautiful and the personalization with my name looks great. Unfortunately, that is where the quality ends. The pages are extremely thin to the point that I can only write with pencil. Any pen bleeds through, which makes the journal impractical to use as intended. For an $80 product marketed as a “custom journal for lasting change,” I expected much higher quality paper and overall construction. It feels very cheaply made for the price point.
I also want to point out something concerning about the review process. When you initially try to leave a 1–3 star review, you are redirected to contact support instead of being allowed to post your review. You must first select 4–5 stars to even reach the review page, and only then can you change your rating to 1 star and submit it. That feels misleading and makes it much harder for honest, critical feedback to be shared.
I have contacted customer support regarding the quality issues, so we’ll see how they handle it. If they make it right, I’m open to updating this review. However, between the product quality and the way reviews are gated, this experience has been disappointing and does not feel transparent.

Unauthorized Charges…
I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding your company's lack of transparency concerning recurring charges related to auto-enrollment for applications. These charges were not disclosed at the time of purchasing the book, which, frankly, is not even worth the cost nor the associated inconveniences.
Upon discovering these unauthorized transactions, I attempted to reach out to your customer service for support. Unfortunately, my requests for assistance and a refund were refused, despite the fact that the services were neither used nor downloaded. These charges were deducted without my knowledge, and no prior notice was sent. It is clear that your business relies on customers not noticing these charges for substantial periods, after which you continually refuse to offer help or resolutions.
This is an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed immediately. Your practice of concealing important information about auto-enrollment charges and then refusing to offer support or refunds is unacceptable. Your company is fully aware of this problem, and it should be reported and possibly subjected to legal action for the money effectively scammed from customers.
Customers should not have to bear the burdens of unexpected charges and lack of customer support. I strongly urge you to rectify this unethical practice to prevent further complaints and potential legal actions against your company

AVOID THE SCAM. The only personalised thing is the name on the cover, that protects them from refunds. Quality of paper is extremely cheap and the content of the book very disappointing.

I had changed my mind WITHIN A FEW MINUTES AFTER ordering and sent them an email on the 18th of DEC 2025, to cancel it. It took until today 1/9/2026 before they responded to me properly. They made me sound like I was the "bad guy" here, and I should have known better. I did check, but thought that within 5 mins they would acknowledge my request. I am a caregiver to a 91 yr young mother and thought at first this would help both of us. She still has her cognitive traits. But they ignored me all that time until today. To me very unprofessional to have to wait weeks until after I send multiple emails.
PLEASE NOTE!! NOT trying to keep you from purchasing what so ever, but just to be aware before purchase anything, read the reviews. I didn't like normally I would. I would not have ordered if I had. May be helpful for you but this experience taught me to be very cautious about who I purchase on line from.
Buyer be aware. They may be nice to others, but to me I find them ify. Again, I am NOT trying to keep you from purchasing from them. This has been a nightmare for me. They sent the book out even when I told them NOT to several times!!

Sadly by book has arrived and I’m very disappointed. I’ve had this book before and loved it. The colour ways are wrong and honestly the paper feels so cheap and badly printed compared to my prior book. The pink on purple inside the book is quite difficult to read due to the print quality unfortunately.
Given the huge cost of this book I was expecting it to feel more premium.
Most of the content is identical to my prior book so it’s also not quite the ‘personal’ experience I was expecting given I had filled out the instructions very differently to last time, in the hope this would guide different areas of my life.
Still a good tool to use at the start of the year, but very disappointing given the cost, the fact it’s basically the same as my prior book inside, nothing new to guide me, I wouldn’t bother with it again.
