Great product. Loving the jacket.
My only critical feedback is with regards to the payment process, with the initial amount and the full amount. I was waiting for a response on availability after the initial amount was paid. Didn't know anything until I had to check up.

Without realizing that there is a branch in Cape Town I placed my order at the Durban branch and from the outset impressed with a gentleman who assisted me and offered to order from abroad when my specific size product was not immediately available. The timelines were amazing and I received my perfect fit and quality order in 3 weeks.
