14 months and waiting
Ordered Philips Signify CorePro LEDlinear ND 7.5-60W R7S 78mm 840. Initially, they sent the wrong product. After 14 months, we are still waiting for the correct product to be delivered or for them to make a refund.
Contacting me by telephone over the New Year Holiday was not appreciated.
A good review should be the result of supplying the products in a timely manner and not a plea over the telephone referring to it being a family company etc. I have the same expectations from all companies regardless of their ownership.
The bulbs did eventually arrive.

Needs padded packaging
Quick response - thank you. But the two LEDs were in individual boxes which were loose inside a larger box, ie no padding. As a result, one LED had come out of its own box and was loose in the larger box

A surprisingly quick and easy experience. Six LED bulbs were bought at the 50% off sale price. I could not have been more pleased after searching many other sources but not finding these 13w bc bulbs. They were despatched and delivered very quickly. A very good experience.
