Card was not delivered
Card was not delivered. Had to download a different app to track my delivery and I could not understand how to track it. Seems to think it’s been delivered but has not. Terrible. Will never buy from here again.

Hi Jessica, I'm sorry that your card has not yet arrived. It was posted First Class on the day that you ordered it (which was just a few days ago). As you are probably aware standard first class post is not a tracked service so it is not possible to track it, which could possibly explain the confusion. Although Royal Mail do quote 1-2 working days for delivery of first class items this is, unfortunately not guaranteed and can sometimes take longer.
I have checked and could not find an email explaining the issues that you have had with your order otherwise I would have been able to reassure you that was indeed posted at the very earliest opportunity, as all orders are.
I apologise for any confusion with the delivery information provided and am sorry that Royal Mail delays mean that you won't be buying from me again.
