I recently purchased a perlisten set of S5m speakers and stands from the little audio company I have bought alot of hifi in the past 3 yrs but never experienced the joy and pleasure of a stress free purchase, David was brilliant from the first phone call he helped me step by step and everything he said he would do actually happened brilliant I highly recommend the little audio shop truthful honest and 100% reliable I will definitely buy again I am so glad I found this business a brilliant company David many thanks and let's get the next deal over the line I am one happy customer if I could give you 10 stars I really would

This is my second time with the little audio company. It was after quite a long-long time and I noticed there were a few changes to the company such as the website, store, options for online orders etc. However, I found out there was something that did not change; their same old excellent customer service that I had experienced during my first interaction. Once again, I was met with valuable advice, good suggestions and options, and mainly great amount of patience to allow me time to decide without rush and answering so many questions. This time, I was looking for a subwoofer and what really amazed me was that we had a lot of discussion and rather than selling me the one that was readily in stock, David as per his usual process of understanding the exact requirement, suggested a couple of options even though one of them was not in stock at the time. Without the worry of losing on his sale, he suggested the right option out of those short-listed options that would be the closest match for me. It also helped me to stay within my budget. The simple but great thing is when presenting advice/ suggestions, he also remains very transparent about each option and then lets you pick what suits the best.
Overall, it was a pleasure to be back and thank you to David at the little audio company once again to put together the item(s) I was looking for. By the way, a big thanks for checking on the exact colour option when it was not clear if those colour options were going to be made available by the company itself. That too when I was just a small customer with a small order. It was very satisfying. Happy customer and highly recommend this little DAC (distinguished) audio company.

Just purchased a Gold Note CD player from David who was very helpful and knowledgeable all the way through the transaction. I can highly recommend The Littke Audio Company. Not after a quick sale but really makes an effort to help you come to the right decision.

Had a wonderful experience today. Hubby wanted a new amp and speakers and we have spent a lot of hours listening and comparing. Spent 3 hours here today and nothing was too much trouble for David. His knowledge, patience and professionalism was second to none. Swapping amps and speakers on request, never hurrying us but giving space and time to decide. Auditioned Hegel and Exposure Amps and Fyne and Amphion speakers. David needed a lot of patience as hubby was going back and forth tying to decide, but his professionalism showed through and I now have a very happy husband and a Hegel amp and Amphion Argon 1 speakers. Also got cups of tea which was a win for me. Overall one of the best experiences we have had through this journey. Something tells me we will be back again soon.

Had visited 3 other hi-fi dealers in my quest for speaker upgrade. David Falkner gave unbiased information and was clearly very knowledgeable about the products that he sells. He was very friendly throughout and applied no pressure to gain the sale. Having decided on Amphion Argon 3s speakers I also decided to buy stands from him. He spent time researching the best ones for the speakers and I settled on Custom Design KR20's. David put them together when they arrived.
I have waited 3 months before writing this review to give the speakers time to bed in. I can only say that they meet all expectations. Very happy customer.

David wad friendly and informative throughout, and the products arrived in fantastic condition; tbh they look brand new.

He has since guided me towards building a Perlisten/Primare 2ch Audio/Home Cinema End Game system. David and The Little Audio Company are the perfect combination of top products and genuine, no pressure advice.....a class above the rest!

Was looking for a Hegel Pre/Power/streaming amp to match my Harbeth speakers, David the owner set me up the H600 in his demo room, Dem room is very comfortable and accommodating, David is a very friendly knowledgeable chap and led me to purchase the Hegel H600, delivery to my home a few days later, earlier than expected, looking forward to next purchase here..

I’ve been dealing with David for a couple of months concerning purchasing an Ingenium turntable. He has been one of the most helpful people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is knowledgable and supportive. I cannot praise him enough. If you are looking to purchase good hifi equipment at a fair price, this is the best company I know of to deal with. My KEF LSX’s began malfunctioning this autumn. I bought them from David at thelittleaudiocompany in the Autumn of 2018. After a number of futile attempts to get them working I contacted David who then exhausted all alternatives before organising their return to Kef for investigation. I now have the speakers back and they are working superbly once again. David coordinated the process of shipping the speakers to Kef and back again. In addition he managed all the communication with the company. Throughout he was fastidious in ensuring that the process was under control. I am indebted to him. These speakers were bought over 5 years ago, yet David responded as if they had been purchased last week. Truly excellent customer service. Thank you David

I've never bought anything from the Little Audio Company. Not yet, anyway. (I live over 100 miles from his shop.) But despite that, David has been so generous with his time and knowledge, even when my questions weren't necessarily about brands he stocks. Would highly recommend. I like his philosophy and he sells some interesting products.

A great company to buy hi fi from and a very professional and friendly company to deal with. I wouldn’t highly recommend all hi fi enthusiasts looking to purchase or upgrade hi fi to give David a call and seek some advice before dealing with the mundane high street shops.

I bought an LPSU for my Innuos Zen Mini3.
David was helpful and patient giving extra advice on connectors and external hard drives for backup units for my music library.
When the LPSU arrived from Portugal he sent it to me via ParcelForce at no extra cost.
I would recommend him and his company to anyone!

My experience with the little audio company has been fantastic, I initially planned to buy a KEF KC62 subwoofer for a great price and all was going well and smoothly. Unfortunately I needed the money I sent for the sub for something else urgently so I requested a refund from David and he was nothing but cooperative throughout the process. I will definitely be coming back in the future as the customer service has been second to none.

So glad that I consulted with David Falkner of The Little Audio Company in helping me choose a suitable DAC for my system. In recent years, it seems that really great sounding DACs don't necessarily need to be in the multi-thousand price range. That said, numerous new and affordable DACs confusingly use the many of the same DAC chips and parts, and one might expect that they have similar sonics. David explained how DACs are 'voiced' differently, resulting in variations in soundstage width and front-to-back imaging. Also, how to audition DACs properly while avoiding quick A-B switching between audio products. Thanks, David!
