Outstanding service. I asked for advice about adapting my system to deal with hearing loss at high frequencies. David sent a detailed and very helpful reply, recommending two possible solutions, and explaining the pros and cons of each. They both involved hardware that he couldn’t supply himself. But I shall be going back for any future purchases.

David is fantastic, he really knows his products and after carefully listening to your needs will make suggestions and then help you narrow your choice after you feedback your listening experience. More than just being generous with his time and experience he also let me have long term loans of five (yes five!) amplifiers at different times over 7 months and arranged couriers when we were in lockdown. This allowed me to make a well informed choice based on how my system sounds at home with the amp in place and choose the right one for me. Trustpilot only allows me 5 stars but based on my experience Little Audio Company deserves more!

David, the owner knows his stuff, and is unfailingly helpful, patient and never goes for the hard sell. He has a great range of lesser known products and is an excellent source of advice and ideas. I recently bought a pair of superb Amphion Argon 7ls speakers from him, and the whole transaction and communication with David was a refreshing change. Highly recommended.

I have gone against one of the cardinal sins of HiFi speaker purchase, and brought a pair of speakers blind (or should that be ‘deaf’) so to speak. I treated myself to a retirement present of a new pair of Ophidian P3 Evolution speakers. After a lot of reseacrh online/reviews/websites I sent out a few emails to retailers who stocked the different speakers I had an interest in. And it was David Falkner of The Little Audio Company of Birmingham who came back with the most helpful advice. After a few (a lot really) emails back and forth with David’s excellent product knowledge and patience, I settled on the P3s. Which are now connected to my Naim kit and singing well. Thank You David.

The wealth of knowledge, experience and sincerity in customer service make this company a real number one. Very hard to beat. Any rating below 5 stars would be an injustice

I emailed David Falkner of The Little Audio Company yesterday, Sunday, Aug 16. David's reply was waiting in my In-Box Monday morning!! I don't recall ever receiving az prompt
and thorough a response as David's.

My interest is in the Larsen 9.2's. I wanted to know if they, as the main L & R spkrs could be combined with Larsen 6.2's as CC & surrounds. The 9.2's are said to produce very low base, hence a 7.0 system. I also asked David for his recommendation of associated electronics that compliment the Larsen's.

What started out as a search for product info, led me to The Little Audio website, which caught my attention. This prompted me to contact David.

I asked David $5,000 worth of questions and received $10,000 worth of answers. His responses explained 'reasons why.' I never got the impression I was being 'sold'. Instead, I was being educated on what works, what doesn't.

There's an old saying...
'We never get a second chance to make a first impression.' My experience with David Falkner and Little Audio is a 10! The proof is in the pudding, as they say...👍👍

I discovered TLAC after searching for a niche speaker brand (Larsen) and now feel like have made a new friend.
I’ve had numerous lengthy email exchanges with David whom generously gives his time and advice which is really appreciated in these days of national chains killing off independent traders.
I hugely appreciate the time shared and his enthusiasm to help me find something I’m happy with - gives me such confidence in being content with the outcome- absolutely nothing to fault!

In line with all the other reviews I cannot fault Dave's speed of response, open and honest information, no hard sell and thoughtful.

Even though I've never been to his shop, or bought anything from him (yet) David answers all my email questions at length, with enthusiasm and patience. There's no salesmanship, just a genuine desire to help and share knowledge. Truly brilliant service.

David went above and beyond service with writing long, well-informed emails just out of enthusiasm for audio. Paired with a great track record on various forums I'd recommend heartily.

With this company, you get personal service, an email before and after delivery from a real person. They do what they state they are going to do, and they do it well. They have an excellent range of personally picked hi fi gear that should suit pretty much every need no matter how bespoke

David is a true enthusiast who really knows his stuff, no hard sell just great genuine objective advice. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others, top guy.

The owner, David, knows his stuff and his advice can always be relied on. He is also not trying to extract ££££s from you but delivers good products at good prices. I've purchased speakers, a subwoofer and more recently a phono preamp, all very good. David recommended the Moon phono preamp. It's a more affordable stage compared to most and it's absolutely brilliant for the price. I've had a more expensive and highly acclaimed stage in the past and honestly it doesn't come close. If you want good advice and to not have to take out a mortgage, talk to David.

David is an absolutely outstanding hi-fi dealer. His knowledge of equipment and experience is 2nd to none. However it is his patience with customers and his desire to please them which makes him stand out above all other dealers.
I recently bought a new stereo system from him following several weeks of emails discussing what I required and David has a list of options. Since I live in a relatively small town I did not have a quality hi-fi dealer locally I could visit. David was incredibly patient and corresponded with me for several weeks.
