I couldn’t recommend The Little Gem highly enough! My partner had an amazing personalised experience when he purchased my stunning engagement ring from James and Lou. The ring is simply beautiful and you can see the attention to detail and craftsmanship that has gone into creating it. What's more, I love that the ring is bespoke and not something you can find in any old jewellers.

Although the ring was slightly too big, James and Lou offered a quick turnaround to get it resized so that I was not without it for long. I was incredibly pleased with the level of service they provided even after the initial purchase.

Overall I cannot fault The Little Gem, it is a truly wonderful family business. You can see that they take pride in all of their work, offer the highest level of customer service and have a stunning range of expertly-crafted jewellery. I look forward to visiting them again in the future and we will definitely be back for our wedding bands!

Bought my wife an eternity ring from The Little Gem Sevenoaks. From start to finish they were excellent, offering great and honest advice and service, fairly priced and the finished product was outstanding. I like the fact that the jewellery is handmade in Sevenoaks by a family run business. Highly recommend them.

Lou and James did a fabulous job of creating an absolutely beautiful ring for my daughter. They created for her a ring that was almost identical to one I had made a when I was her age. They really listen and explain very clearly possibilities and options. I would completely trust them with any design in the future

My partner and I purchased our bespoke wedding rings from The Little Gem. We were really impressed with the service we received. The people we delay with were really knowledgable and were able to offer us lots of advice about the types of rings that would be best for us.

They kept us well informed with what was happening throughout and were able to create our rings within 2 weeks as we were on a tight time frame!!

I popped into Little gem to ask whether they would be able to make my wedding ring bigger having broken my finger it no longer fitted. James was extremely helpful and said they would definetely be able to do that and advised me that they do not stretch the ring but instead insert additional gold to the desired size.
They did a fabulous job and as such when we dropped the ring in for resizing, my husband having recently lost his wedding ring in the surf purchased a replacement ring which he picked up yesterday and it is absolutely fabulous. Thank you Lou!

They also transformed my grandmas broken engagement ring that was missing it's stone. Giving it to my mum as a surprise this mother's Day completely re tipped, polished, and with a new hand picked sapphire is a memory I will cherish forever.

Having lost my engagment ring of 50 years I asked James from The Little Gem if he could make me a replica from a photo I had.
James and Lou made me a ring which was a perfect match, I am so pleased the result is outstanding, so much effort was made to source the gems I couldn’t be more pleased.

I have had a terrific experience with the Little Gem. One ring (which had lost a stone) has been fixed and reset; and they have designed and created a beautiful ring using a diamond I had. Both are stunning and the staff delightful. Couldn't ask for more.

A really lovely Little Gem. I visited this shop last year on recommendation and wasn’t disappointed. I had my very old engagement ring made into a beautiful bespoke signet ring and other rings that didn’t fit, made bigger. Since then I surprised my husband with a specially made signet ring and he surprised me with a stunning pair of earrings. Both Lou and James are really nice and so helpful. We will definitely be back for any future jewellery requirements we might need or even for a chat, coffee and a browse.

We have recently purchased our wedding rings from the shop and it was a great experience. The staff were very knowledgable and provided a huge range of choice. I would definitely look to go back for future jewellery needs. They do a lot of bespoke stuff which is really beautiful.

We have just recently had our wedding rings made at The Little Gem Bespoke Jewellers and can’t recommend James and Lou highly enough. We absolutely love our rings and cannot wait to wear them in a few month’s time. My engagement ring is a difficult shape and I was really set on having a half halo of diamonds as my wedding ring. Lou fit the wedding ring perfectly around my engagement ring, like they were meant to be together. Couldn't rate this father-son team highly enough, they were attentive and really listened to me and my vision. They were fantastic at keeping me updated throughout the whole process. Will definitely be back in the future.

Couldn’t recommend The Little Gem more highly. From the very first phone enquiry I felt in safe hands and this only continued and grew when I met Lou & James to discuss the creation of a bespoke ring with huge sentimental value. Lou took my (very) basic idea and built on it, adding ideas and checking with me to see if I liked them thus creating the most beautiful piece.
