Ordered item a month ago. Since the initial 'order confirmation' and money leaving my bank account there has been no response. All customers seem to be in the same position. Do not order from them!

I ordered a couple of chairs for my grandchildren, a panda chair and a Teddy chair, lovely in the photo but what turned up was nothing like what I ordered. Poor quality with holes and the stuffing hanging out, stitching was terrible and I wouldn't say they would pass any safety guidelines. I have emailed twice and still not heard back. I will continue to try and contact them and will most definitely take it further if I do not get a response, these people cannot get away with selling items like this that are meant to be for children.

You cant even email these scamers now but they are still taking orders is this even allowed. Theiving in broad day

This company is diabolical! I wish I’d read reviews before purchasing!! The item arrived and was tiny, it wasn’t worth the £47.00 I had paid. I submitted the return request online but heard nothing in regard to if it had been accepted or not. It took me 2 weeks and 15 emails before someone changed the status to accepted and sent over return details. I had my suspicions there was something off with this company and lack of customer service so I paid extra for my return item tracking. I am still awaiting my refund yet they received my returned item on 25th august 2023! I have photographic evidence from EVRI as to where it was delivered to and an Indian lady holding the package. I have contacted today but I won’t hold my breath on getting a reply. I will not hold back in taking legal action against this company in order to get my refund as they are literally scammers!!!

AVOID!!! Weeks delay for my items when they eventually did arrive it was the wrong size. She agreed to send a returns label and never did. No response to my emails. Basically a fraudulent company stealing peoples money.

Do not order from this company I ordered 2 all in one jackets for my twin babies birthday and I paid for gift wrap only one came weeks after I ordered with no gift wrap I have been trying to message by email and also live chat and keep getting no reply if I would have seen all these bad reviews I probably would have not purchased items so please be careful where you spend your money they don’t have a real customer service number so I know this company is definitely no good

Misleading description, overpriced and questionable discounts. No safety mark anywhere on on toy, just Chinese writing, and this is a toy for small children! Contacted company but have heard nothing!

Purchased an item, money has been taken and yet to receive my item. Emails go unanswered! Tracking they provided for Royal Mail hasn’t been updated for days. Wish I had checked them out first before ordering

Annoying that you have to give a star. Awful! Pre paid for a blanket and haven’t received it 4 months later. No response from anyone via email / social media. Delete all my comments on social media. They’ll probably delete this. Promote Molly Mae but can’t imagine Molly has their product.

I have ordered off the littles ones i have constantly wmailed them regarding my order number 29997 theyre have not responded i will have to contact my bank try get money back as far as i can see these are a very poor outfit no customer relations at all

I made an order over a week ago, said 3-5 working days, then received an email to say there would be a slight delay but not how long the delay was going to be. I have emailed customer service and tried to speak to them on the chat but get no answer from either.
Terrible customer service the worst i have come across, quick enough to take my money but not quick enough to answer queries.
If they can't cope then stop trading or employee people to deal with the customer service side of the business as i will never recommend this company to anyone else.
the order i made last week was for my new born grandson who i will be seeing saturday without his gifts at this rate

Order no 28990: ordered early July. Not received as of 25th July even though it states 3/5working day. After send numerous emails I have not received goods,no correspondence, no refund yet money already taken from my bank. they are still sending emails to purchase more goods.

I should have visited Trust Pilot before ordering from this company.

Placed an order on 7th July for gifts for my granddaughter's first birthday (which is now only a couple of days away) with a 3-5 day delivery.

I contacted the seller via their confirmation of order email and explained that the shipment was now 5 days late and requested an update. I've had no communication from them.

I've now asked for a refund via their website 'contact us' email, I'll also flag them up as a scam shop with my bank.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this seller!

My father ordered this for my little on and it quoted 3/5 days. It was ordered on 18th June but didn't arrive till 8th July. Also ordered a 3 piece set but they had stock issues so had to pick a replacement for the matching blanket. Thought I would let that slide but then upon opening the stitching in the trunk was open with stuffing visible and few other strands of loose cotton. Had the elephant just over a week now and keep noticing cotton attached to the tail keep failing out so soon will be none left on the end of the tail. I have tried to call many times but get no answer and they take so long to reply to my fathers emails. Wish I could upload the pictures. Hopefully they see my fathers email and send a replacement as I can not risk giving this to my baby.

AVOID!!! My items never turned up, I was being ignored for 2 months!!! Luckily I got my money back through Clearpay but save yourself rhe hassle and don’t bother!! SCAM!!!

The item I ordered arrived, it was alot thinner than it looked in the picture, it also looked better quality, so I was a little disappointed, but decided to keep the item, fingers crossed its ok. I also paid extra for quick delivery, unfortunately the item did not arrive when it should have done, so a waste of time paying the extra, when I questioned the company about the delivery and asked where my item was, they said they would look into it, they also posted my item that day as I had an email from Royal Mail, when I should have already received it, so they took my delivery money, posted the item late, when I asked for my delivery charge back, it was refused. Bad customer service, rip off extra delivery charges when they don't literally deliver when they should. Also quality of item disappointing. Will not be buying from there again

I ordered a rug from them over 6 weeks ago and it hasn’t arrived. The ‘customer service’ team are now ignoring my emails and online chat requests. They have stolen my money! I have reported the company to trading standards.

So helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to help us out with just the right gift for my newborn niece and on a time crunch to get it to us in time for the visit to meet her. Not just delighted by the price and quality of the gift (both amazing!) but I will be recommending them to everyone I know for their customer service all by itself. Hugely pleased, easiest 5-star rating ever given, would 100% recommend!
