I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered! Selling newborn items for Christmas a joke!! I ordered on 29/11 received an email with tracking but tracking was never updated as they never dropped it off! I have emailed many many times! Their phone number goes to voicemail Please DO NOT order from this company they are disgraceful - I paid via PayPal so luckily have received a refund but too late to order from somewhere else in time for my newborn grandson 1st Christmas

Order made on 27/11 with a confirmation and ref no.
No further update as detailed in confirmation email. I have sent emails in an attempt to ‘chase’ order- 11/12 but to no avail. Very, very poor.

What an awful experience with this company- I would not recommend them at all sadly. My products never arrived and they were Christmas gifts! Still waiting for my refund. They just ignore emails and never reply. Will not be using them again

Having an awful experience with the little ones. I placed an order on 21 November with express delivery (2-3 days). The order still hasn’t arrived. They have eventually started replying to my emails (didn’t for over 1.5 weeks when I was requesting to cancel the order because I needed it urgently for a baby which had just been born) but they are refusing to refund because the main part of the order was personalised. They even told me in an email at one point that a refund had been processed, but it never arrived and they are now saying they’re not able to refund. Will be disputing through the credit card company but I just want to warn as many people as possible not to order from them (particularly anything personalised because they seem to think you have no customer rights if it is personalised).

shocking service from little ones ordered on 4th november 2 items ordered only 1 sent and endless emails and still not sent

great just what i was looking for this will be my fifth great grandaughter wanted something special will use again if i need something.

I ordered about 2 weeks ago and they haven't replied to numerous emails or returned my calls shocking company I'm beginning to think its a scam site and I will be reporting them today

Ordered an elephant almost 7 weeks ago , no reply from emails

No customer service, uncontactable. Have not received my order, will attempt to claim money back through PayPal. Thoroughly disappointed and angry.

The toy elephant is really cute and lovely for a baby to cuddle, however the packaging was not good, comprising of just a plastic bag. The tor was, therefore really crumpled, and am not sure how I can smooth it out, I doubt I can iron it, even protected by a cloth.

I had received a gift that my aunt purchased from The Little Ones that I knew I wouldn't make use of so asked if I could exchange it for other items in their shop. Fast forward to me receiving my discount code to the value of the unwanted item, I placed my order on the 15th Sept, received a dispatched email on the 26th Sept but no order arrived in the next few days. I contacted Little Ones who claimed they had dropped it off, it was another three weeks before they actually did and I received my parcel on the 19th October but an item was missing. I contacted Little Ones again, via email and their Facebook page. FB message was picked up and I was told it would be passed to the team to send out the item, my email has not been replied to and here we are on the 28th November and I am still waiting for the last item from the order. Absolutely shocking customer service, and item quality is not worth the retail cost either. I definitely would not recommend them, find the items elsewhere.

Ordered the baby elephant hug pillow 2 weeks ago, I'm still waiting for it. Not one to write up reviews but I think this website is a scam. I probably shouldn't hope for a refund either.

How unfortunate these reviews are hidden when placing an order with this corrupt company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CHARLATANS! Ordered a bundle of items a month ago and yet to have it delivered. I’ve emailed repeatedly and received nothing - their customer service is shocking but it would be since the intent is to defraud people. They’ve taken my money and not refunded a penny. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and Action Fraud. If you’ve been defrauded by this company I urge you to also report them.

I bought a moon lamp it was very small returned it the same day 28/10/22 I still have not received a refund nearly two months later and no reply’s to my E mails

I had a slight delay in my order I emailed company and they did reply explained about troubles they were having,I received my gift same day off post office gift as described very pleased.

We ordered the elephant pillow and it arrived the following week as expected. The product it good quality and the personalisation is great. No problems.

Ordered Hug Pillow which did not arrive. No contact telephone number for this company, only email, which they say they will respond to within 48 working hours, and then failed to do so.
I would not buy anything from this company again and would advise others to avoid.
