I ordered over 2 weeks ago on a 3-5 delivery. Still not received order. I have emailed and phoned and left messages but they have not replied. Very quick to take payment. Shocking customer service

I ordered a gift for a baby shower and paid express delivery and still over 2 weeks later nothing!!! I have emailed several times and had no response. I have asked for a funded and nothing. The customer service is shocking. This company shouldn't be allowed to operate like this. Disgusting!!!

Ordered two jumpers for my little boy at £25 each, I ordered these 4 weeks ago which stated 3-5 working days, I’ve not received anything, the replies are awful, I have emailed them god knows how many times and I never get any reply back! Still waiting on my order now

I ordered a gift for a newborn baby and was really disappointed with the quality - it certainly was not suitable for a baby with poor material and loose stitching. I have emailed numerous times to request to return the item however there is never any response. Would not recommend.

Excellent product & service! Very pleased with the product. It looked as was in the picture. Prompt efficient.

Purchased 2 Elephant pillows for my grandsons for 1st Christmas and they will love them especially with them being personalised. Would have been 5 stars but the personalised was beautiful but would have been better if the name was in a brighter colour so it would be more noticeable but the elephants are stunning and soft .

Easy to use website, my only moan is when I wanted to personalize our gift for our granddaughter you only allow 7 characters when my gorgeous granddaughter (Isobella) is 8.

Great quality and fair price for a lovely product. We purchased this for our new grandson called Osian it’s quite a size but he’s very happy lying on it and having tummy time on out too.

Paid for postage for a 3-5 day delivery, it took 10 days. I emailed 4 times and still have not had a response from customer service. Ordered the gift wrap option and it arrived in a bag wrapped in torn paper and still in plastic. Absolute cowboys!

Just received Charlie the elephant which is meant to be cuddle support for a baby unfortunately there is very little support and I would be frightened to use it for a baby as support
I will be returning the elephant

This people are REAL scammers. You order something and they send what they have in stocK NOT what you have ordered and also they do not accept their mistakes and not give any solution
I have a baby shower and I could not bring any gift because of them.
My recommendation: NEVER PURCHASE A GIFT WITH THE LITTLE ONES LONDON

I wish I'd read the reviews. The product arrived with embroidery that I didn't request, and I haven't had any response to my email. Needless to say, the product is useless unless my friend changes the name of her baby!

The website looked nice, so I ordered a couple of items and then returned one. Not only that had to email three times to get a return address but also keep chasing my money back. I have sent numerous emails without any reply. I returned the swaddle as a refund was approved, and paid myself for the return (they even advised me to do a track return, which is more expensive). I sent all proofs to customer service, but have not got any replies back. So now, I do not have the item, no money and also paid more for a return. I know they got the item, it was delivered.
This is a fraud company! Wouldn't recommend anyone. Will not buy from them ever again.

It's a shame these reviews are not on their website as I would never have ordered.
I am waiting on a reply with regard to my question as I ordered and asked for it to be delivered directly so I am rather worried that the quality is going to be poor.
They gave me no option to include a message of congratulations or to see how they present the gift in boxed packaging?
I emailed them for this info but no reply as yet.

I was in UK last month visit and plan to pick my things your have no phone, no chat, no way to reach.
Return back order online, it more then 20 days no nothing when order is coming.can’t give gift on baby shower 29 October .
God knows when I will get. At least look you email and answer.
Regret doing business with you.
