Not great. Poor communucation
I loved the idea of this company and their subscription service, but the boxes have not lived up to expectations and their customer service is awful.
I had trouble with the codes that they sent through for the play resources, theses were never fixed.
They have taken a subscription fee, but not sent the box, I have been really patient waiting for it. I've emailed, I've used Instagram to try and contact them and nothing. I hate leaving a bad review but feel completely let down and quite frankly scammed.

I ordered these from two other companies and had to cancel both times as after 4 weeks, they still had not been delivered.
Your order came in good time and was well packaged.
Love love love
My son and I absolutely love the sensory subscription boxes. We always look forward to the next one. They are carefully thought out and age appropriate. No need to buy lots of different toys. These boxes have played a big role in accelerating my son’s development. I always recommend them to new parents.
Beautiful box
Beautiful box - lots of lovely toys included - literally what it says sensory toys - really pleased with ours! Speedy quick delivery too.
I love everything from Little Sensory Box great products, superb quality and customer service.
Great customer service
I ordered an item which turned out to not quite match the supplier image, which wasn’t the fault of the business. Sarah was very helpful and responded to my email quickly and offered a full refund. Great customer service.

A fabulous purchase
I bought this sensory box as an Easter gift for my granddaughter. The service from start to finish was first class, communication excellent when I enquired about delivery date and the contents in the box were fabulous. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking to purchase sensory materials.
Wouldn’t recommend this company
Wouldn’t recommend this company! I paid £50 for a sensory box and it’s definitely not worth the money! I looked on their website for the individual prices and it only comes to £35! I have emailed several times, no response! Really disappointed, as a busy mum of a 7 month old I don’t have time to keep chasing for a response. I never leave a bad review but it’s not good enough!

Great gift - baby is really stimulated!!
Our daughter is really responding to every item in the box. Perfect gift, really hit the mark - I will be buying again for our children and for others.
Second time ordering, defiantly recommend
It’s my second time ordering from this business and I would 100% recommend. My daughter loved all the bits I got for her birthday so knew I had to get more for Christmas. Lovely touch to add the biscuit & teabag both times I have ordered now. Received in good time and packaged really well.
