I can't say enough good things about the staff. I was kept informed every step of the way and every call i made was always answered by the same 2 people who resolved my queries. It is quite a stressful endeavour getting a second charge mortgage but again the two staff members who looked after me talked me through every step and helped me.

Leanne was very accommodating and kept in touch on a regular bases with updates on how our application was progressing. All in all a great effort.
