Misleading pricing

Misleading pricing. I ticked the less than £100 fee on Rated People, but the company’s advertised £62.50 per 30 mins and minimum one-hour charge were not made clear enough. The plumber spent 25 minutes fixing a dripping tap, and I was billed £168. Very disappointing.

Plumber was quick in arriving and…

Plumber was quick in arriving and repaired toilet which had a broken diaphragm in siphon and rusted bolts stripped toilet down bought new parts and fitted back together in quick time and also fitted two new taps on bath very pleased with job by plumber .

Darren made the whole experience…painless

Darren made the whole experience painless. Friendly, knowledgeable and dealt with the problem in hand effectively. Darren explained what had done wrong and how it was fixed. We would be more than happy to welcome Darren into our home again should we ever need a plumber.
