I had a massive leak from up stairs bathroom, plumber came with in hour or so of phone call and got job done in hour!!

The plumber came over to fix my toilet leak very quickly and professionally. The cost was expensive but the job was fixed quickly. He advised me that l need some work to be done in my loft but was not pushy and l will think about it. Thanks

Absolutely appalling service. Booked an on the day appointment yesterday, was told there was a plumber working on a job just round the corner so would be with me afterwards. After waiting hours was updated that the plumber was tied up at another job. Fair enough, that happens. Was then told the plumber would instead come today between midday and 5pm. No-one had arrived by 1pm today so I wanted an update on likely arrival time. Tried calling all the various numbers from the website and the ones they had used yesterday to contact me, five numbers in total. No answer on any of them! Sent a WhatsApp to the mobile number used to confirm the booking, this hasn’t even been read. What’s annoying is I could have continued to call round other companies if they had just been honest and said they wouldn’t be able to complete the job, but instead I have wasted my time waiting for them to show up for the best part of two days and they never did arrive.

Booked an emergency service at 8am after being advised by the fire service we needed a plumber ASAP for a potential boiler leak affecting our building. Was told they’d be with us before 5. At 4:30 they cancelled and said they now wouldn’t be able to see us until Monday (today is Wednesday)

We’re now having to fork out for out of hours plumber. They didn’t seem to care there’s a ten month old baby that’s gone without heat all day.

Dave was very friendly and did an amazing job - arrived early and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend!
