TLC finished my hip to gable loft conversion earlier this year. Connor, Liam and the team were well presented, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process. TLC are also well connected with bathroom and tiling suppliers who provided me with great value bathroom equipment. In terms of the quality of their work, the converted loft seems to be well done. I highly recommend TLC for loft conversions!

I had an amazing experience with TLC, especially with Andrew, my project manager. I first discovered the company through local social media groups, and several people personally recommended them. I had no prior knowledge of loft extensions, but Andrew was incredibly helpful, informative, and guided me through every step of the process, ensuring I understood each phase. He was always quick to respond to my many questions, which made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free.
He was proactive in sending me options for materials and examples of their previous work, and happy to accommodate any of my bespoke requests. Their Instagram page offers a lot of examples of their previous work which was a great inspiration. One thing that truly stood out was how he went the extra mile to speak with the neighbors and take photos for the record, saving me money by eliminating the need for a survey. TLC’s pricing was also very reasonable and competitive. Even when I decided to add extras, like skylights and duo-Velux, they kept the costs fair, which was a huge bonus compared to other companies I looked at.
The customer service was exceptional. Connor, who handled the drawings, was also highly knowledgeable and professional. TLC work with a great team of specialists, including roofers, electricians, and asbestos removal experts, ensuring that every aspect of the project is handled with expertise and care. Their team of builders, including Johnny, are excellent and friendly.
